Escena Golf Community
Welcome to the gated community of Escena, your own slice of paradise. This 2 bedroom plus den 2.5 bath home is located within walking distance to the clubhouse, public golf course of Escena and Escena Lounge & Grill. The open floorpan is allows for entertaining guest in style.
Living Space:
The living room has a large sofa facing the smart TV with a Roku streaming stick. Log in to your streaming services to catch up on your favorite shows, there is also basic cable. The gas fireplace with electronic starter is perfect for those chilly winter nights.
In the kitchen you will find plenty of cabinet and counter space as well as high end JennAir stainless steel appliances, including 3 separate ovens. The kitchen island looks out to the pool and San Jacinto Mountains as your preparing your meals. The large dining table will comfortably accommodate any guests you may have for entertaining. The oversized den with plenty of natural light has a large "L" shaped desk in case you need to attend to business. There is a half bath located in the hallway across from the den.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom with king size bed is located off the living room and has direct access to the outdoor patio. The master bathroom has 2 separate vanities and oversized walk in shower with 2 shower heads. The large walk in closet has abundant storage for your entire wardrobe.
Guest bedroom 2 is located at the front of the home by the entrance with easy access to its own bathroom with combination tub and shower.
Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the luxury of panoramic, nesting, sliding doors in the living room and dining area. The sliding doors nest on top of each other to one single pane, blurring the lines between inside and the outdoors. Located off the living room is a covered patio with a gas fire pit for those chilly winter nights. Off the dining area there is a conversation area complete with a motorized awning. Enjoy alfresco dining by the pool or take a dip in the salt water pool and spa.
Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.
There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.
Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals
The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:
All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 2 car maximum.
Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.
Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.
