Excellent apartment on the first level with all the comforts to enjoy the best neighborhood in Oaxaca and its charms, you will find restaurants, cafes, mezcalerías, handicrafts, etc. The city center is very close, you can walk and enjoy the architecture of the city, we have a beautiful park two blocks away where you will enjoy exercising or walking.
The accommodation has a large bedroom, work area, with ceiling fan, a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, blender, electric grill, private bathroom with hot water in the shower, high-speed internet, has a terrace where you can have a sun bath or star bath, access is with a safe for keys, television so you can enjoy Netflix (with your account), without a doubt an excellent place to enjoy and get to know the city of Oaxaca
The Jalatlaco neighborhood is a very safe area, the neighbors have taken care to keep it that way, which is why there are security cameras on PUBLIC ROADS AND FAÇADES of several houses and in our accommodation, which also serves as a support for our visitors and guests. Likewise, we have 3 security cameras located in the AREAS SHARED with other guests, (entrance hall from the street, stairs and terrace) of the property. We inform them so that you feel safe and support you if necessary.

Property is in amaze location and so comfortable for stays in Oaxaca, barrio de jalatlaco is suberb! Having a property with AC and everything you need as fridge and kitchen is great, only our directions to arrive were a bit confuse as the address was not right, but everything else was good

Nice Location, Comfortable Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. Alberto was extremely helpful and accommodating, always responding quickly to questions. He even had purified water delivered to the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable with air conditioning, which we appreciated because afternoons were quite hot. We would definitely recommend this place.

Very convenient apartment at the centre at Jalatlaco. I was here during Dias de los muertos and the surrounding area could not be more beautiful, but as such may become noisy early evening. Owner was very accommodating, and personally came by to help with my requests.

Everything's was as seen in the listing. Fully functional and furnished apartment. The only downside was that on our first night, the water from the shower smelled really. Idk if that was a drainage problem or just an exception since the next day seemed fine. Other than that, it was a perfect location. We had to leave in a rush at 430am and there were plenty of taxis available. Only a short walk from Llano Park and Arena Oaxaca.

Great Stay!!

We where in Oaxaca city from March 25 - April 5, 2024. The apartment was GREAT!!!! Very clean, had everything we needed - A/C and hot water was a huge plus!!! Alberto was a great host, he responded promptly to our questions/requests, VERY helpful with sightseeing recommendations and places to eat!! Alberto was also VERY helpful in helping us figure out how we were going to get from the apartment to the airport on our last day, we needed to be at the airport at 4:30 am :o The apartment was walking distance to shopping, food, and attractions!!!!!! My husband and I will definitely be coming back!!!!!

Great, but loud!

The host is great person, properly is well designed, properly is in great location (close to parks, variety of restaurants around, etc.), second building from an intercession with a lot of traffic which creates a lot of noise all day and part of the night, also at about 3:00 am clean up go through the street pulling containers on metal wheels creating a lot of noise and the parking lot is about 30 meters from the apartment which is open from 8:00 am till 7:00 pm which is a disadvantage for me!
