Condo on Elm Street 1 mile North of Downtown Greensboro.
Historic building’s exclusive covenants require 30 day minimum rentals. Complete upfit in 2023. Plenty of parking directly behind building. Must climb front or back 2 flights of stairs. As a result, this unit is simply not a good fit for young kids.
The entire condo is yours This is 7 blocks from center city in Fisher Park on Elm St 1/2 mile. There is plenty of parking directly behind building
Coin operated washer/dryers downstairs shared with the rest of the building. There is no central HVAC on this building. There are wall units in place and the building has built in boilers for the Winter.
