The bright studio combines sleeping, living and cooking areas in an open-plan concept. It features a comfortable double bed, an LCD satellite TV as well as air conditioning and heating – ideal for stays in any season. The small, well-equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for self-catering: refrigerator, electric cooker, kettle, filter coffee machine as well as cooking and dining utensils.



From the bedroom, you can directly access the covered terrace (4 m²), which is equipped with a table and chairs - a cosy spot to enjoy the first coffee in the morning or to let the day fade away with a glass of wine in the evening. Direct access to the courtyard ensures a particularly pleasant atmosphere.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and window. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided, as well as WiFi, electricity, water, heating and final cleaning, which are already included in the price. A communal washing machine can be used for a small fee.



A parking space directly at the house is available to you free of charge. Upon request, an airport transfer (collection only) is also offered.
