I have been doing this short term rental since 2017. This is my 2nd listing here at Vrbo. being a Super Host. So rest assured you are getting one best place to stay here in LA. The property is located in Sun Valley, CA. It is just 2 miles to Burbank Airport. The room is close to the front door so coming in & out of the house is at ease. This property is also close to all shopping centers within 2-7 miles range. The room is cozy not too big not too small just enough for a couple of travelers. You may also bring your kids with you. An optional queen or twin folding bed.

I welcome my guest with 1 bottled water & coffee on their first day. All sheets & towels are washed with hot water. Room is sanitized every each guest. Complimentary Shampoo & Conditioner also available.
