This luxury unit has everything for your stay. Just 7 minutes from from the popular shops, 10 minutes from Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlets, & 30 minutes from Valley International Airport! This private second floor apartment with 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom does also include a 55" Smart TV, queen sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a free coffee bar! Exterior cameras for guests’ security.
This gorgeous modern unit offers you a wonderful place to relax after a working day, go shopping, and explore the Rio Grande Valley.
Please read these house rules before booking:
1. Visitors are allowed up to two hours per day and must register in advance with the host. No more than 6 people are allowed at the same time, including guests and visitors. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will be added.
For long stays a refundable $700 deposit will be required at the time of booking.

This spacious unit has everything you need for short and long stays. It is located within minutes of some of Weslaco's top restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. This private 2 bed, 2 bath apartment also features a 55' in. Smart TV, Queen-Sized Beds, a Memory Foam Futon, fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, toiletries, and beverage station with free coffee and condiments!
