This private second floor apartment with 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom does also include a 55" Smart TV, queen sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a free coffee bar! Exterior cameras for guests’ security.
This gorgeous modern unit offers you a wonderful place to relax after a working day, go shopping, and explore the Rio Grande Valley.
Please read these house rules before booking:
1. Visitors are allowed up to two hours per day and must register in advance with the host. No more than 6 people are allowed at the same time, including guests and visitors. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will be added.
For long stays a refundable $700 deposit will be required at the time of booking.

This private 2 bed, 2 bath apartment also features a 55' in. Smart TV, Queen-Sized Beds, a Memory Foam Futon, fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, toiletries, and beverage station with free coffee and condiments!
