Newly renovated beautiful single family house located near the highway city transportation train. This beautiful house consists of: 5 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms nice kitchen, nice and big deck, back yard. The house is equipped with 4 queen beds 1 full bed. Smart TV in the living room & Wi-Fi throughout the home,front and back security cameras. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and dishes so you can use it for cooking 🍳.

Family trip to Soldier Field

Communication with host was excellent. There were several guest # changes and host was very flexible. House was clean and well maintained. Great back porch and yard. We used the gas grill provided and the kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pots and pans, etc. A hot tub was in the listing, but there was no hot tub which was disappointing. The neighbors were friendly and there was public transportation close by. Would definitely book again if we ever get back to Chicago.

Mother's Day Weekend!

This property's is very beautiful, affordable, clean & spacious. I would not only just recommend this property, but would definitely rent it again! Beds are very comfortable, the light fixtures & finishes were very pretty & the back porch is also spacious & awesome. My family was happy with everything.

Lying owner

Owner lied about damages to get money. There was no air and it was 90 degrees outside. House was left spotless at check out. Do not book this owner will lie and try to charge your card for extra money.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

I book on VRBO fairly often for my business trips. This was by far the biggest headache I’ve ever had dealing with an owner. Upon checking in, we found several bugs crawling around the living room floor. The house wasn’t especially dirty but the dishes in the cabinets weren’t cleaned properly and bed linens had old stains on them. There were only 2 towels in the entire house to use for bathing and there is no washer/dryer available to wash what little linens were provided. The amenities claim there is street parking but it does not mention that street parking has limited times/days (and it’s not clearly marked on the street either) There is no parking at all available on the property so we were forced to park on the street when we checked in on the first evening. We then found parking tickets on the cars for parking on the street. This owner will also try to overcharge you! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
