„La Fontana in Liguria“ - Ligurian dolce vita with a wild touch. Feel the centuries in this fully renovated farmhouse with a charming yet contemporary feel. Choose your favourite terrace for enchanting views of the valley and the mysterious mountains beyond... and settle into this rustic space.

The guesthouse is part of a fully renovated ancient farmhouse. It used to be the drying chamber ("essiccatoio") where chestnuts, a staple of traditional Ligurian cuisine, were roasted. On the ground floor is a kitchenette/living room with a wood stove for added cosiness and a spacious bathroom with a view of the valley. On the first floor, the snug bedroom tempts even our most active guests to sleep in.

On chillier evenings or after a long day trekking in the Cinque Terre, relax in the delightful, fully equipped hammam (Turkish sauna).

Guests have complete access to the grounds, including the vegetable and herb garden and the orchard (cherries, nashis, grapes, chestnuts, etc.), as well as the terraces. Choose your favourite spot to dine, chill or work and enjoy the ever-changing views depending on the season and the time of day - or simply your mood.

Our 2 night stay was incredible! The rustic charm mixed with the beautiful modern amenities made for a beautiful stay. The property and views were incredible. We definitely enjoyed the access and use of the sauna. We wished we had time to stay longer.

Cosy house with amazing view

Our stay in this house was great, partly thanks to the beautiful weather. The interior space is not very large (as can be seen in the photos), but the garden and terraces are great. You have a great view from the hammocks or from the terraces. There is always a place in the shade to sit. It is a wonderful place to relax.

Wir haben die Tage in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr genossen. Da das Wetter sehr verregnet war haben wir leider den schönen Garten nicht nutzen können. Dafür steht ein wunderschöner Hamman zur Verfügung!

Schöne Auszeit

Wir hatten drei wunderschöne Spätsommertage in „La Fontana“, dabei hatten wir das ganze Anwesen für uns alleine. Grandiose Aussicht und das Hamam zum entspannen. Sonst ist auch alles da, was man so braucht. Einkaufen kann man in Varese Liguria, was sonst auch recht sehenswert ist. Die Anreise war etwas abenteuerlich, haben es aber dann doch gut nach oben geschafft.

Peacefull quiet mountain

Met zeer veel liefde hebben Eleonora en Jörg een schitterende plek op deze berg gecreëerd. Meerdere terrassen en een fantastische hangmatten plek om van het geweldige uitzicht te genieten en tot rust te komen. Het huisje zelf is mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben van de locatie en van de warmte en gastvrijheid van deze superlieve hosts genoten! Grazie mille!!

Entspannung in den Bergen Liguriens mit wunderbarem Panorama!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem stilvoll renovierten Steinhaus sehr genossen. Das Areal mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Berge Liguriens. Ausstattungsmäßig hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Man sollte nur wissen, dass die Fahrt von Varese Ligure bis zum Haus ca. 15 min dauert und die Straßen sehr schmal sind.
