Great location and neighborhood.

The property was clean and as advertised in a great location. Communcation from the owner was very quick and easy. We look forward staying there again during our next trip to Lodi.

House was very big and accomodated a large group very well. It was very hot when we arrived and the nest thermostat had one sentence about where to turn on, but no other instructions. We must have spent half an hour trying to figure it out. It turns out that there was a youtube video link imbedded in emailed instructions, but a sign by the nest would have been very helpful. (Also no response from owner when I tried to contact him by phone and email after we checked in). There were no washclothes in the bathrooms and finally located them in the linen closet downstairs. The kitchen window was broken (outside pane so not a hazard). The lawn sprinklers were broken so water shot up into the air. We felt there needed to be a little more attention to details and maintenance throughout the house and yard.

I liked that the property was spacious but still felt cozy. However, it would have been nice to be able to hangout in the backyard as well. There was no patio furniture so we didn't get to do this.

Everything was great. Just would’ve liked some add’l kitchen items: 1 more kitchen chair i.e. a few more dinner plates. (only 5 and we had a group of 6)a good slicing knife a cutting board.

Just Like Home

Perfect home for family! We have 2 adult children so they each had their own bathroom. Perfect! Seemless check in/check out process! The master bedroom was spacious and that shower was absolutely fantastic! The kitchen was inviting and perfect for cooking for my family. The Host was 100% responsive and we had ZERO issues! Close to EVERYTHING…it’s the perfect spot for any type of vacay or stay-cay! Advice for guests: bring your own Face towels. I grabbed a pack from Walmart. The Host provides hand towels and bath towels only. It was a 10 out of 10 stay!

Great home in Lodi!

The house was clean and close to many restaurants, stores and wineries! No issues checking in or out , communication was great.

Great stay!

Good location…close to stores, restaurants etc. owner was very quick to respond with any of our questions. Easy entry and nice quiet neighborhood! We’d stay again!!

Great place for family

Very comfortable house for a family with two adult children plus a visiting relative -- we all had our own bedroom spaces, and the comfy living room let us chat and relax after spending the day at a family reunion. House is very clean -- would definitely recommend!

Family time

We all enjoyed our stay, the home was convenient to shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, home had lots room and a lot of kitchen necessities, loved cooking on the gas stove. We had a very enjoyable family time together, hope to return to this home in the future. Thanks
