Relaxing view and peaceful sounds of the waves just takes your breath away… Located on the 1st floor with one of the most amazing views!! With fast and easy access to the beach directly through the back when tide levels are low (Late Spring- Summer) ... and when water levels are high you get the feeling of being on a cruise ship while still having easy beach access up the street! (Beach access to back entrance only when tide is low, late spring & summer. Fall & Winter Ocean view only. Access to beach through front/side entrance)

Welcoming!

A lovely property on the water (not really a beach) that was furnished with care by a host who understands the business! We were greeted by a bottle of wine and a notecard. Each room had a card with the Wi-Fi information. We had a designated parking spot inside the condo gates. There were plenty of dishes, linens, etc. The host was responsive to touristy inquiries. Overall, a great place to stay!

Family Vacation

Awesome retreat for our family of 4 (12 and 13 year old daughters). Great location, beach just down the steps in the backyard and spectacular communication!

Location, location, location!

This place is beachfront t and the view is to die for! You can walk into the ocean whenever you want! It is a short beach walk to the kiosks in Luquillo. The host, Aida was east to communicate with.

Absolutely perfect

This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in! Very clean, beautifully furnished with everything we needed, and the owner and property manager were beyond helpful and just all around great people! The A/c worked amazing through the whole condo, absolutely stunning beach, the locked gate and security measures made it feel very secure and safe. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Perfect Location

Hearing the waves crash every night was so nice! The house is the perfect location, less than a five minute walk to a beautiful beach and just a bit farther along that beach to the Luquillo kiosks. House was clean and had everything you needed.
