Spacious and cozy home with 3 bedrooms featuring 1 queen, 2 full bed, and 1 twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The house includes 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor area with a barbecue grill, and free parking for 2 cars.
Public parking is also available in front of the house.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-10. Just 9 km from El Paso International Airport, 15 km from the Art Museum, 17 km from Chamizal Park, 18 km from Sun Bowl Stadium, and 2 minutes from Del Sol Hospital.

Excellent Expeience

I have stayed at this location before, as before I was very comfortable and felt very secure here. I was here 7 days. Likewise, my dogs had a very secure area to walk and explore.

Great location, great place to relax

Host was attentive to my needs. Place was spotless! I had everything I needed for my stay. Very secure fence as my dogs were able to roam about outside while I sat under the porch!! Not a scenic location, but a very comfy place!!!

Best bang for your bucks

We did not have much interaction with the host because everything we needed was there. We had a pleasant experience for being our first time temporarily renting a home. Awesome value, met our needs and highly recommended if looking not to break the bank.

More than meets the eye

This property was great for what was needed and location was not a factor. The communication from the host prior to check in was good as well as throughout the stay. While staying on the property, there was an issue with the washer, but after quick conversations with the host, it was resolved the same day. Great property. Great host. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

Good stay

Overall we were very pleased with this place. We did find there was not adequate seating for four people bar stools and a futon were not comfortable for senior citizens. We were also surprised to find multiple steps to different levels. That did not show up in the photos and was something of a problem for one of our party. Overall we did have a very good stay and we're very pleased with the property

We found this property to not be as pictured, needs cleaning…the uneven floors were hard to manage.

The unit was perfect for what we needed during our weekend stay. We were in town for my father-in-law’s funeral and to visit with family. Unfortunately we came in after dark and ended up in the wrong unit. The property owner offered the unit I originally booked but we were already settled in and fine with the unit we were in. The property owner was responsive and answered the questions I had during our stay. The location was great for what we needed.

Horrible Property

We could not get into the property because the lock box didn't work but the building exterior was in extreme disrepair and the building and grounds were filthy. VRBO was not able to contact the host who never gave me a way to contact them directly but, based on the exterior, we did not want to stay in the property anyway. Do not rent this property!

The property is not what is shown, The house smells bad. Stove and sink looked like they were DIRTY! Shower heads were whitewith Lime I guess, not sure. Sofas smelled BAD! So for my money, I think I got TOOK, I do not think I should have paid the amount I did Too much, for too little.

Although I received the reservation in the name of another guest (the original guest), we verified that it was later transferred to your name. Even so, you could have contacted us during your stay for any adjustments or questions. We would like to clarify that all check-in instructions were sent correctly, and the property undergoes regular inspections before each guest’s arrival. The stove is new, spotless, and had not been used prior to your arrival. The showers are aluminum and silver; we do not have white-colored showers. The sofas have covers that are washed and disinfected after every stay. All these procedures are documented and archived by our administrative team before and after each reservation. If you have any questions, we are always available for contact. Our goal is to provide a pleasant and transparent experience, and we regret that your perception was different. Sincerely,

Great for short stays

While I was waiting toove into my.my new home, this was the best possible decision I made, I was more affordable than a hotel & definitely more accommodating...it's close to the school I'm attending and my fur babies had room to stretch their legs when I was there because it was fenced in. The owner made sure I had internet so me and my daughter could do hmwk & it was quite at night hrs. Not to mention it's located within 5min of groceries and restaurants. Fantastic
