The three houses two of which remodeled into a single home plus another two story house with a loft sharing a large backyard with swimming pool and hot tub. You will have access to all the houses in this listing and private swimming pool and hot tub. There is an exercise weight lifting and stretching gym and a steam room. There is a dedicated work place.

I recently added two ADT security cameras for external surveillance, one facing the front driveway and the other facing the backyard and swimming pool.

There is a $3000 refundable security deposit required before booking. Each additional guest over 4 people is $75 per night saying or visiting.
