Awful Experience

The host charged an additional fee before providing entry instructions. The unit was not very clean. The water in thwe kitchen sink splattered everywhere. The washing machine did not work, leaving my clothes in water that would not drain or spin. I called the host and they assured me they were sending a technician, but nobody came for the next four days of my stay. Really awful experience.

Great Spot and Fantastic Location

This was an incredible value. The location was amazing, literally walk everywhere around Brickell, everything is accessible. The view of this place was also insane! And, of course, the owner was easy to reach. Fresh towels, everything was clean. Overall, had a blast and this spot made my travels much easier. Coming back, for sure!

Patio was the best part

Hotel staff were rude. A lot of broken things in room. None of the amenities were available when they said. The room was a good size. Bed was comfy and patio was the best..

Great view but mixed opinion

The unit itself was very nice, not the same as the picture though. I would give this a much higher rating but the utensils, plates, dishes, bowls, etc. were inadequate and sparse. The toilet paper holder was broken. Its too bad they didn't furnish the unit better to make it more enjoyable.

DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY RUN

Not sure where to start, so many things wrong. Communication was mostly non-existent. Caked dust on walls, shower curtain stunk like mildew, no curtains anywhere, had to change in closet, floors FILTHY, light fixture in bedroom broken up and missing pieces, rusted chairs, walls dirty and scraped up. Looks nice in pics but terrible in person. Very deceiving, I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!

So much potential!!!

Location is great… BUT 1. Poor communication from the host / owner. 48 hrs prior to my arrival, I had not heard from or received any check-in instructions. I had to reach out, only to find out he required a copy of my driver license. Apparently they have to run a criminal background check. Shouldn’t that be something disclosed to people before they book, especially if it’s non refundable? Shouldn’t the host have asked for my driver license once I booked to make sure I cleared the background check? What if someone can’t clear a background check? The day I checked in, there were no keys left at the front desk for me. I had to reach out again to the host. After about 20 mins, the host finally returned my text, made me aware the unit was open and keys were on the counter. Again, no communication. 2. Walking into the unit, furniture was different than the pictures shown. Cleanliness was VERY poor. The floor throughout the unit had not been swept / mopped. Couldn’t walk around in socks or barefoot as your feet would end up FILTHY! Bedding had lots of lint. It would end up all over your clothes, body, face, hair and mouth. Restroom curtain was filthy along with the tub. The shower head has a leak. 3. Bedroom had NO curtains. Had to remove curtains from closet to create privacy so no one could view in.4.AC unit barely works. With the humidity is FL, AC unit is essential.Overall, you can tell the unit is not being taken care of properly. It’s. It being looked after!
