A 5-star luxurious 950 SQFT W Hotel Condo unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.The 2nd bedroom converted from the living room.There is a cozy living room area that a bit smaller than usual but the unit has 2 big bedrooms with king and queen size beds and access to the balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool from the 19th floor. The converted bedroom does not have a door to close for complete privacy, as seen in the pictures. The unit is located at Icon Tower 3 which is the same building of the W Hotel Brickell Miami. A maximum of two adults are permitted to access the amenities. See details for more information.

WELCOME ESSENTIALS FEE

To ensure an enhanced guest experience, a mandatory 'Welcome Essentials Fee' of $35 plus tax per booking per unit (one-time) is collected upon check-in. This fee, payable directly to an IMD Miami team member, is mandatory and can only be paid via credit or debit card. All included amenities, such as water, coffee, and toiletries, are provided once per stay.

COPY OF ID

The building management requires us to register the main guest with a copy of photo ID before the arrival. Please make sure to send the copy through the app or to your check-in person on your check-in day.


EARLY CHECK-IN

We understand that some flights arrive too early in the morning time; however, our operation is like a hotel. We have a previous guest that checks out at 10am. Between 10 am to 3 pm, we inspect, clean and sanitize the unit properly. It is important to respect the time frame for a better experience. Please contact with our account manager on your check-in day and if there is any possibility for earlier check-in; she will let you know. Unfortunately, we can not help before check-in time for early check-in.

THE UNIT

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Brickell. Spectacular for families, couples, and business travelers. Ideal place to work with high speed internet and plenty of space.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find toaster, coffee maker.

The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The 2nd bedroom coverted from the living room. So the living room has less space than usual but the unit has 2 big bedrooms with both have king and queen size beds and access to the balcony overlooking the city from the 19th floor.

Spectacular 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with amazing city views. Very spacious with balcony overlooking the bay from the 19th floor. Centrally located in Brickell minutes to Downtown, South Beach and Wynwood. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric range, oven, coffee maker, toaster and more, ... Air conditioning, High-speed internet WiFi, cable TV with HBO (smart TVs) , washer/dryer inside the unit, iron with iron board, hair dryer available for guests. All linens, towels, plates, silverware, glassware are provided to the guests.

CHECK-IN after 3pm. Late check-in fee $50 after 11pm.

CHECK-OUT before 10am. As we need to get the apartment ready for the next guest. There will be a late $100 late check out fee after 10am.

FOBS. The apartment comes with 2 Set of Fobs. There will be a following charges from your card on file or deposit in case of loosing; Each FOB $120

AMENITIES: A maximum of two registered adults per unit are permitted access to the amenities (pool, gym, spa), regardless of occupancy. Only these two individuals will receive amenity cards, and substitutions are not allowed. Minors are exempt from this requirement.
Amenity cards must be obtained from the building before accessing the facilities. They are issued free of charge and can be renewed at no cost if they expire during the guest’s stay. Cards can only be collected during business hours, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM. If you arrive outside these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to receive your cards.

PARKING

The complex has only valet parking service at $42 per day without in & out privileges. The total cost may exceed that amount depending your in & outs.

You will also have other options as metered parking and a couple of garages, just few blocks away by walking distance. (Around $20-30 per night).

*This building has a sensitive pipe structure, please do not flush any baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, flushable wipes or any kind of trash. If any non-flushable item clogs the toilet during your stay, all the plumbing expenses would be charged to the guest.

NO SMOKING, NO PARTY and NO PETS are allowed. It will be a charge of $500 for each in case of the violation.

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and have chosen not to offer paper towels. Instead, we provide cloth towels and kitchen towels for your convenience. This decision helps us reduce waste and protect the environment. We appreciate your support in this eco-friendly initiative.

There is a market and grocery store in walking distance or those can be ordered and delivered to your unit door.

Overall Good

Check-in process was a little odd since the front desk at the residence doesn’t check you in, but a third party does. However, once you figure out who you need to talk to, it was very smooth. The valet supervisor in the morning (sadly forget his name) was incredibly kind and helpful—definitely made the 50-a-night parking, if you use the service, worth it.One downside was that the pool closed at 7 PM, which was a bit disappointing since the sun was still up, and it would have been nice to enjoy it later in the evening.The room overall was clean and had extra blankets and pillows, which was great. However, some corners of the room and the space under the beds were not as clean as they should have been.That being said, the location of the hotel was perfect. With plenty of restaurants nearby, a beautiful riverwalk right behind the hotel (with food truck and playgrounds), and amazing views of the city and ocean, it really made up for any minor shortcomings.

Icon Towers

The overall stay was fine. The condo was nice and clean, but we had a really bad issue with the front door. Anytime you open it it made the loudest and I mean the loudest screeching noise. Our three year old daughter was sleeping in the guest bedroom right by the front door, which did not have a bedroom door and it woke her up every time we opened and closed the door. Also, the only toilet in the unit kept breaking, and I had to take the back apart and continue to fix it every single day. The pool is also a pain. It takes forever to check in to the pool and you are not allowed to bring any friends or guests, which is a pain specially if you were staying at a purchased and owned a condo and would like to have friends over because the pool is very nice. So the overall stay was fine, but I would hope That in a building that nice that those little things would be fixed or taken care of even by maintenance while staying there which they were not.

The worst VRBO experience I have ever had

This was simply the worst experience I have ever had in VRBO. I texted the host the morning of our check in for checking details because I hadn’t received any. I was sent a long check in procedure that included a phone number to contact with my arrival time.I texted the number with my flight information and everything seemed fine. Then I was told to text when I was 30 minutes away, which I did. Upon arrival no one was there to check me in. I finally got a text to call a random number and a man came downstairs to check me in. But he had no record of our reservation. I showed him my reservation and my text thread with the host from that day- as recent as a few minutes earlier. After 20 minutes of standing in the lobby with my tired children, he tells us he found my reservation but said there was a “problem” with the unit. Finally he told us the unit wasn’t cleaned. So we had to wait hours for it to be “cleaned”. We tried to cancel and get a hotel but couldn’t find any availability. They said they’d refund our welcome fee for the hassle but they didn’t. On to the room- once we finally got in it was disgusting. I wouldn’t take my shoes off in the unit. The smoke alarm was ripped from the wall which is an obvious safety hazard. The dishwasher pods were yellow and moldy. There were scratches and scrapes all over the walls. The toilet didn’t work. This is was a VRBO nightmare. Don’t stay here!

Check in process was a nightmare

Waited an hr to check in. Getting pool passes was ridiculous. Waited an hr, needed everyone’s IDs and had to go to the basement. Good location. Nice apartment, awesome view. Definitely overpriced but it is what it is.
