The fully equipped modern kitchen features a space-saving mini dishwasher and a complete appliance suite including an LG refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate both the drip maker, Keurig with pods and French press, along with a filtered water pitcher for pure, refreshing drinks. A cookware collection supports all your culinary adventures, whether you`re preparing a simple breakfast or an elaborate dinner. The intimate breakfast nook provides seating for four, while the covered patio offers an outdoor dining option for two.

Peaceful Bedrooms (Sleeps 4)

Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring luxurious queen-size beds with premium memory foam mattresses that ensure a restful night`s sleep. Ambient sound machines help create the perfect sleeping environment, while ceiling and personal fans provide cooling comfort. Each room includes spacious closets with hangers and shelving, elegant dressers and nightstands with reading lamps, and high-quality linens and pillows for the ultimate in comfort.

We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we`ve learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests! A booking constitutes acceptance of all house rules and listing description.

1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking in order to stay the night. All other guests must leave before 10pm. No 3rd party bookings allowed, no local guests allowed.

2. Checkout time is anytime prior to 10am. Guests who remain past checkout time will be charged an additional $50 per half hour of late checkout.

3. Parking is ONLY available in front of the home on the gravel pad. At no time should you park behind the home. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

4. We are unable to refund on non-refundable discounted reservations, inclement weather, power outages, road conditions or acts of God. Please purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen events.

5. We assume no responsibility for items left behind. Please make sure to gather all items prior to checking out.

6. Our cleaning fee is based on a `courteous guest`. If the house or linens are damaged or neglected, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the dwelling in, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. Reservations over 14 nights will require a by weekly cleaning at guests expense.

7. Absolutely no smoking of any kind to include cannabis. If we find evidence or smells related to smoking, guest is responsible for paying to host for any smoke damage.

8. No delivery of items is allowed at anytime to this address. No exceptions.

9. Pets allowed if approved by host and added to your reservation at the time of booking. 1 dog under 40 lbs only please. Please do not allow your animal to access our bedding or furniture. Pets must be included in your reservation at time of booking and pet fee paid prior to check in.

If your pet is not added at the time of reservation and you would like to bring your dog, please let us know and we will offer payment options for the fee.

Our pet policy states that pets should not access our furniture or linens. If you think your pet may access our furniture, please use the provided couch cover and old sheets to protect our furniture and linens. We provide small garbage bags for refuse clean up. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. This is not included in the cleaning fee.
