In our modern “Waldblick” apartment on the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with a total of five flexible beds that can be used as single or double beds. Each room has its own TV for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen and open dining area invite you to cook together and spend time together. And best of all: On the large rooftop terrace with a fantastic panoramic view, you can relax, read, or soak up the sun. Welcome to a place where you can feel at home and unwind! Our “Rottaler Oachkatzl” offers you a vacation with rustic wellness pleasures in the heart of nature. Two large vacation rentals and a small apartment invite you to relax. In a completely secluded location, surrounded by forests and meadows, you can leave everyday life behind, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Our highlight is our wellness lounge. It’s available to all guests and can be booked for exclusive use for a fee. The hot tub is heated by a wood-burning stove, so the motto is: Work first, then pleasure! Our relaxation room features a cozy sitting area and loungers for unwinding. Our barrel sauna rounds out the wellness experience. A sauna session with us not only gets your circulation going but is also an experience in nature. An outdoor shower provides a refreshing cool-down. The hot tub and barrel sauna can be booked for exclusive use for a fee via our “Add-On Options” form. You’ll receive the form once your booking is confirmed. Various add-on options, such as a fire pit, high chair, travel crib, etc., can also be booked using our “Add-On Options” form. You’ll receive this form after your booking is confirmed. Washer-dryer available for general use (multi-purpose room in the Waldblick/Waldwinkel entrance area) - Free Wi-Fi throughout the house - Free parking in front of the house - Various beverages available for a fee - Pets not allowed After booking, you will receive a separate booking confirmation with the necessary details, such as bank account information, key code, terms and conditions, etc. The total amount must be transferred 10 days before the start of your stay. If the booking date is less than 10 days before arrival, the total amount must be paid immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation. Cancellation: You may cancel the contract at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are obligated to compensate us for any damages incurred. You may provide a replacement guest who will assume your contract under the specified terms. Written notification is sufficient. Check-in times: daily from 3:00 p.m. to midnight Check-out times: daily by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged individually with the landlord. The key is located in a key safe. Upon departure, the key must be returned to the key safe using the provided code. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the rental price. A travel crib, high chair, sand toys, toilet training seat, and lockable bicycle garage can be booked and provided free of charge via our “Add-On Options” form. Bathrobes, a travel crib, a wood basket for the fire pit, a children’s wading pool, and use of the hot tub or barrel sauna can be booked for an additional fee via our “Add-On Options” form.
