Summary:
This 1969 artist's condo is quietly nestled on the main corridor to downtown and only a half-mile from the entrance to the Boise Greenbelt.
Located on one of the only lakes in town this is the perfect place to unwind and rest your head after experiencing all that Boise has to offer.

The Space:
Welcome home to your studio suite on State Street!

Join us for the cozy months with covered parking, ski/snowboard storage, and close to Bogus Basin road!

This small studio suite has all the essentials and is filled with custom local art to brighten the room.
You will have your own parking and entrance straight into your room. While this unit is in a complex with shared walls you will have the place all to yourself.
Note: There is the potential to hear noise from neighboring units. This is similar to a ground floor lake-side hotel room.

Guest Access:
Guests will be able to park their car under the carport and will enter the unit though the sliding glass door.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood condo-complex.
Lake access out your front door.
Grocery and restaurants are walkable, Bogus Basin (ski mountain) is 20 miles away.

Getting Around:
Turn left at the lake and Studio 8 is the last unit on the left.
Park in the carport.

This place was pretty awesome, BUT I accidentally ran two appliances at once tripping the breaker my fault, there is a sign but in a hurry cooking for my little one it happened (numerous things plugged into one outlet was the problem) contacted the manager because I couldn’t get ahold of the host, I ended up having to take power strips from the room and run them across the room just to keep the fridge going to the food I bought didn’t go bad while looking for code I found mouse poop in about every drawer in the bathroom and some in the bed room dresser I notified the manager about it he offered to clean it and move us locations but my son wanted to stay and fish the weekend so we did the breaker never got turned back on due to the host was camping other than the hick ups it was a nice place odd everything in the room was for sale so if you stay look out for the mice

We had a great time staying in this little place! The room was nice and dark, which made it easy to sleep in, and we loved how quiet it was, especially being so close to State Street. The toaster and coffee maker were super convenient (we didn’t have time to run the descaler, but we left it on as a reminder).We didn’t spend much time there since we were visiting family, but the location was perfect, close to everything! Because of the road construction, we ended up driving instead of walking, but that’s temporary. We’re excited to see the future improvements!The host was wonderful and shared some great restaurant recommendations, plus suggested checking out the local wineries, definitely on our list for next time. Idaho really does have an amazing selection of local wines!We’ll absolutely be back to stay again. It’s just minutes from everywhere. Oh, and you must visit the Albertsons Market Street on Fairview; grab a glass of wine while you shop for groceries. Boise didn’t disappoint! :)

Very cute and comfy studio. Perfect for 2. Although a 2nd lounging chair would be nice. The toaster oven worked great! Loved having bicycles, kayaks, lawn chairs and fishing poles available for use!! Lots of eating and shopping options in walking distance. Downtown Boise was a short drive away and about 25 minutes to the airport! It's right off a busy road, but once you're facing the lake, you are transported to a tranquil and relaxed setting!!

Put address in my GPS and sent to an empty field in Eagle miles away. Wife's showed two, that one and real one. Suggest add Boise street address.Great place if you want break from chains. Kayaks, small lake, rural setting in city.

Peaceful getaway

Perfect place for 2 people. We really enjoyed the views of the lake, so peaceful. We saw ducks, geese and a Herron I believe. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the Boise area.

Great Central Location

Perfect location to stay, close to everything and everyone I wanted to visit. Even though it is close to a busy street it was private and very quiet. Host was very responsive.

Lovely and safe little place

Exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable for me. The location was perfect for me as it was close to my friend's house and close to grocery stores. I'm a female and I stayed alone and I felt very safe.

Lovely getaway

The lakeside location is especailly lovely and meticulously maintained. We did not have the opportunity to use the bicycles nor kayaks but they and the many amenities described in the listing make for a very special stay.

Loved the condo. Excellent job decorating and attention to details in the condo. Very well thought out. Wanted to use the bikes, but didn’t arrive early enough to take advantage. Loved being able to look out and see the small lake with all the birds.

My daughter & I had a delightful stay. The place was perfectly described and met our expectations.Nice set up on the lake for kayaking with a ramp for launching. Makes it easy & fun.

Really cute little place, cabin vibe, with a great view! Loved seeing all the baby geese and kayaking, lots of fun! Little knick knack wall where you can buy some stuff, super unique! Really enjoyed the stay!

Cute little place

Very cute, small but plenty for what we needed. Kitchen utensils could be a little better equipped , there was only 1 fork and 1 spoon and no spatulas. Other than that, everything else was great. The amenities were nice with the bikes and kayaks.
