Lake Powell Adventure Retreat

Whether you are visiting Lake Powell, exploring the desert or visiting with your ATV, this is the perfect base camp to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The house is comfortably furnished with indoor and outdoor gathering places, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

This home provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and eat-in kitchen. The outdoor space includes a large covered deck with barbeque grill and seating for 6. There is ample parking for your boat or ATV's on the south side of the house.

The entire house is available for guest use as well as exterior covered deck and driveway located on the south side of the property.

I do not live in the area but have a maintenance person and other staff that can be there should any problems arise.

Ticaboo is an extremely remote area 12 miles from Bullfrog and Lake Powell. Shopping is very limited with essentials only at the Offshore Marina. It is highly recommended that you bring essential food etc. with you. Our water is very good and bottled water is not necessary when at the home. The Grill at the Offshore Marina offers burgers, sandwiches, salads, and ice cream. Check business hours especially during winter months. Restaurants in nearby Bullfrog include the Anasazi Restaurant.

Bedrooms include: master bedroom with king size bed, bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, bedroom #3 has 2 bunks with 2 twin size beds, a queen and full size bed. All linens including sheets, bedspreads, towels are new. The kitchen is fully equipped with propane range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher & garbage disposal. All cookware & dinnerware are new.
*Parking is available in front of the house or on the side of the house in the black gravel between the deck and the red garage next door. Please do not block the garage or neighboring driveways.
*Always lock and close exterior doors when leaving the property or at check out.
*Please do not leave exterior doors open while at the property or at anytime to prevent mice and insects from getting into the property.
*Gate located at deck stairs should be kept latched to prevent falling.
*Please keep noise after 10:00pm to a minimum to prevent disturbance of neighboring properties.
*Please do not remove towels or any other items from the property that belong to the homeowner.
*Make sure Barbeque grill is turned off and covered after use. Do not put cover on the barbeque until it cools down after use.
*Please obey traffic laws and be considerate while driving of other residents in the neighborhood.
*This property does not allow pets with the exception of service animals which need to be cleared through property management prior to your stay. Anyone found with animals on the property will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
*No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed inside the house. If you do smoke please do it outside and clean up after yourself.
