Sports harbour 600 m, tennis 2 km, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Port Aventura 30 km, Aquopolis 35 km, Jungle Trek 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Pantano de Foix 33 km, Bassa de kles Olles 85 km, Embalse de Siurana 60 km. Hiking paths: La Musara 56 km, Ronda verda del Baix Gaia 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: motorway 3 km from the property. Main road 900 m from the property. Airfield 80 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Maison superbe, près de la plage et des activités pour les enfants et des restaurants pour les adultes. Elle est idéalement située. Beaucoup d espaces en extérieur complètement sécurisés. Beaucoup d espaces ombragés pour garantir des journées de repos en tout confort avant de longues journées après midi à la plage.
