Enjoy your stay at this recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath Ski Trail Condo with true ski-in/ski-out from the Coyote Fork ski run when conditions allow. Easily spend the day in the mountains skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or biking by just walking out the door. Avoid the traffic, parking, crowds in the shuttle, and skip the lines/hectic search for tables at lunch. Return home for a quick meal or recharge before heading back out to enjoy the outdoors.

Guest will have access to the entire condo. Share free laundry facilities are available in the condo building on the same floor. Ski locker storage is available in the condo building on the first floor.

Guests can also have access to the Northstar Property Owner Association (NPOA) rec center with full fitness center, multiple pools (lap pool and hot tubs open during winter), youth center, tennis courts, and massage therapy. Guest access to the rec center costs $10 / guest / day paid directly to NPOA at their front desk. Swim towels available at the rec center for $2 / towel.

Northstar California Resort offers year-round activities including skiing, ice-skating, golf, mountain biking, swimming, and tennis. It is a fantastic beginner/family ski resort with great ski/snowboard schools as well as overall less steep terrain. The Northstar Village has some of the best apres-ski spots in Tahoe as well as complimentary s'mores around the fire pits surrounding the ice-rink at 4pm. The Ski Trails Condo are well situated between the ski slope and the Northstar Village.

Includes guest parking passes for the convenient Ski Trails condo parking lots. Free Northstar shuttle service is also available. Northstar California Resort is easy to reach off Hwy-80.

Self check-in with electronic door and PIN.
Free parking with passes up to 2 vehicles. Each parking pass has a $250 replacement fee for each lost pass. Parking passes are only available at check-in and must be returned at the time of check-out.
Unit has central heating, gas fireplace, portable AC in main living room and upstairs bedroom (during warm season only), air filters in living room and each bedroom, and multiple fans.
