Very clean & super cute house! Host was very nice & we enjoyed our stay. The only reason I gave a 4 vs a 5 was because the house is behind the host's house in her backyard and this was not disclosed anywhere on the site. Could be an issue for some people as you have to walk past her to get to the house & since they live there, they are always around. Truly loved the house tho and didn't have any issues. Very convenient as you can walk to the water & restaurants which was a big plus.

In addition, before your cancellation period expired, you contacted me to ask about its location, and I confirmed again that it is situated behind the main house. Given that this information was provided both in the listing and directly to you before your stay, I believe your review is unfair and does not accurately reflect the experience or the information you received.

If you want to enjoy all that St Andrews has to offer, this place is steps from basically anything. You will not be disappointed with this gem that punches well above its wait with its charm and stellar location.Jeanne is super chill and a great host. Do yourself a favor and book this place immediately!

Beautiful Cottage

This property was exceptional in every way!! It exceeded all expections, it was clean, with tasteful decor, so relaxing and in a great location. I am looking at Jeanne’s availability to schedule another stay very soon. She is an excellent host and I look forward to seeing her again.

Yearly Fishing Trip - Great Location!

This rental was a perfect location for our fishing trip out of St. Andrew's Marina. Walking distance of Marina and of great restaurants. Our host was wonderful with communication, she answered all our questions right away. House was prepared for our needs and very clean. We will rent this house again if we fish out of this marina again.

This is an incredible property. Perfectly setup inside and out. And located within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and the pier.I got into town a little early and the host was very accommodating in allowing me to check in early. My brother and I were in town for some deep sea fishing so while we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor area, I love the zen vibe from the place. The place is well equipped with washer and dryer which allowed me to catch up on laundry.Highly recommend a stay…

Perfect location, peaceful and quiet, but close to town and anything we wanted to do. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay, and The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions! We would definitely stay here again or refer friends and family.
