The owners did a nice job of updating this manufactured home (the addition of the dining area and sitting area likely doubled the size). Great booking experience, it was clean and the internet was fast! The wall of windows, facing the lake made it feel very open. All guest were relatively fit but I could see the walk to and from the dock to be challenging for some.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed the fully fenced yard and the close distance to the lake. Property was clean and very well stocked. We would definitely come again!

We loved the house decor, dock, and lake view!! It was beautiful! We were visiting from Oklahoma for the Junior Bassmaster Championship and our boys participated.

Comfortable stay with nice view

We enjoyed our stay at the Sailgate Escape. The pictures online were a great representation of the home. Enjoyed grilling and using the propane firepit on the deck as we had a nice view of the lake. Would rent again.

Family Football Weekend

We enjoyed our stay in Townville. The house was peaceful and had a lovely view of Lake Hartwell. The house was well-equipped and had lots of flexible sleeping options. Loved the big dining table for family dinners.

Good location

Nice getaway for the weekend. The walk to the dock is short but moderately steep. Good deep water lot. Well stocked, comfortable beds, adjustable height desk for computer work, wifi was perfect, great ice maker and nice fenced yard.

Perfect set up for us

Sailgate was perfect for us. Close to Green Pond Landing for the tournament we were there to watch. Easy access to the area. A lot of deer in the area that were great to watch. We would definitely stay again. WiFi is great for those that work on the road!

Scenery and common area win out

Beautiful view, lovely firepit, Adirondack chairs, bar area, tv area, dining areas and dishes!Very responsive owner and flexibility on check in process!However; bathrooms were tight and the doors leading into the bathroom fell off, so needs some TLC on those fronts. Probably need the maid staff to remember soaps, garbage bags and TP. Just feedback and again a great view and responsive host!
