Walking distance to Pinellas Bike Trail, Ballpark, shops, marina and an assortment of restaurants and nightlife. Beaches are within biking distance. Come visit Dunedin and stay awhile!
The space The second bedroom, THE BOYD ROOM, has a KING size bed, updated private bath with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower.
All of the 4 master suites have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, Desk, small refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet.

Enjoy outdoor eating, live local music, capturing the sunset, relaxing on the beach, sailing the bay, biking the trail or just plan sitting on the porch swing enjoying a good book It has something special to offer the first time traveler to the most experienced. The first floor is designated as a communal space. You will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bath and laundry room. The dining room has seating for 8 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.
