Please help us keep the cost of cleaning low by keeping the place clean as possible. Do not leave garbage around, please put the trash in a trash bag/can. We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels near the entry door upon leaving. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
The campground sells large wood bundles for $10 or you can bring your own charcoal. Bringing your own wood is NOT permitted (unless it is store bought locally).
PETS: There is a one time pet fee of $40 per stay.
There is a shared laundry room on the grounds, just short walking distance from the studio with coin operated washers and dryers.

Camping Cabin C at Living Springs Resort Mt. Lassen
Well, it did not feel like a resort. It was mostly like a trailer park with tents, cabins and trailers. I think the property needs to have a landscaping consultant to evaluate and redesign it to feel more like a resort.
Also hard to find entrance off Hwy44 at night as the sign is faded and without any lighting.
