Located in Ortonville, Michigan, our gorgeous five-bedroom lake house can be your next home-away-from-home. Our little quant community is a perfect place to enjoy warm summer days with the whole family! Explore the town and all of Brandon Township, hike or relax in our private front and back yards, featuring a volleyball court, fire pit, hammock chairs, kayaks, pontoon, and so much more!

THE SPACE:
Our newly renovated, five-bedroom, four-bathroom house is perfect for up to sixteen (16) adults and four (4) kids! There is plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable while enjoying each other's company. Here is a quick breakdown of each room so you know exactly what you are getting:
Bedroom One (1st Floor Master Suite): A large bedroom with access to the deck looking into the beautiful lake! It has a King-sized bed, cozy fireplace, flat screen Smart TV, and storage space for your belongings. It also has an attached space with a twin-sized bed and an attached, pull-out twin-sized bed. There are three beds in total in this room, but they are separated for better privacy. It also has an attached full bathroom with His and Her sinks and a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom Two (In Law Suite): This bedroom has two queen-size beds and a twin-size day bed with another pull-out twin-size bed attached to the daybed. It has access to the top balcony for the best lake view throughout the house. This suite also accommodates the guests with an attached full bathroom and a private entrance to the bedroom.
Bedroom Three: This bedroom is perfect for kids that never want to split up! There are two twin bunk beds in here with closet space for belongings. It is the perfect setting for the kids to have a memorable time and create their adventures with each other while being close to their parents.
Bedroom Four (2nd Floor Master Bedroom): Come with private and cozy balcony access, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom (with a jacuzzi!). This king-sized bedroom might be one to fight over. Along with the king-sized bed, there is also another Twin size daybed that has a Twin size pull-out bed for better accommodation among guests.
Bedroom Five: The last bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a large closet. Like the first one, this bedroom is a little more private than the others. The guests here will also have access to the hallway bathroom right around the corner. This room has the most breathtaking view for this house of the woods, garden, and trees all around the house.
Office Space: There is a private office space for any guests that need to get some work done while they are away. We have high-speed wifi and high-speed mesh connectivity throughout the house so that you will be adequately set up throughout the entirety of your visit.
Bathrooms: Each of the four bathrooms is full, so there are plenty of showers for everyone. Some toiletries are provided; shampoo, body wash, and the basics like toilet paper and towels. A washer, dryer, and detergent, as needed, are provided for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.
Kitchen: The kitchen is very spacious and has all new appliances. There is a fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher for easy clean-up. Cooking utensils, cookware, complete dining sets, and silverware are provided. Two dining room tables hold up to 11 guests comfortably, and plenty of space out on the deck furniture if more is needed.
Living room: The living room holds a massive leather sectional sofa. Kick back and relax or take a well-deserved midday nap after a long day. Yes! Experience the fully powered reclining sofa to feel relaxed and re-energized. Need to gather your friends and family for a movie night? Enjoy the 65' 4K TV and spend the evening watching your favorite movie together!
If you're looking to play games instead, we have Clue, Monopoly, a Poker Set, and Guess Who for family fun!
Outside:
A deck connects to almost every door in the house and takes you down to the lakefront. It might be the coolest part of the whole property! Take a towel out to lay on and get a tan, or hop in a kayak and float on the water.
Two hammock chairs on the dock are perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a friend's company as the sun sets.
The front porch has a porch swing that overlooks the garden giving you a peaceful space to escape.
There is plenty of outdoor furniture, including a picnic table right by the grill that overlooks the lake. It is a great space to enjoy meals around, see and hear the beauty of nature, and even take memorable pictures and selfies! Along with this fabulous space, there is a gazebo in the back with twinkling lights that make it feel like a magical space in the evening.
We have a volleyball court in the front yard if you are feeling up for some friendly competition. And the backyard is lit by string lights like the gazebo! A lot of fun has been had in the backyard!
There is a private driveway and a two-car parking garage for your convenience. When arriving, you will have a secure, keyless entry.
PLEASE NOTE:
Things like propane for the gas grill, charcoal for the grill, firewood, and extended stay toiletries will need to be brought by the guests.
Basic stay toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided but will not be restocked. So please come prepared if you are visiting for a longer period of time.
THINGS TO DO:
Here are some of our favorite activities if you want inspiration!
Take the kayaks or 3 Person Canoe out and enjoy an afternoon floating on the water. Furthermore, remember that this private lake is full of Blue Gills and Big Mouth Bass, which can easily be dinner for all.
Go pontoon-ing! It is impossible to have a bad day on a pontoon!
Grill some burgers and hot dogs on the deck and enjoy an evening together in the fresh air.
Check out Full Circle Farm. It is a full-service horse boarding, training, and learning facility. They offer to ride lessons as well!
Abraham Ranch is an animal rescue farm with lots to do!
Take a swing at golf and check out TopGolf, which is open year-round.
Shop at Michigan's Largest Outlet Mall - Great Lakes Crossing Outlets.
Go go-karting at K1 Speed, an indoor park open year-round!
Walk around Downtown Ortonville. There is so much to do and see!
Jump around at Jump Island, an outdoor inflatable waterpark!
If it is winter, check out Urban Air Trampoline Adventure Park. It is an awesome indoor trampoline and activity experience!
