This cute three bedroom house with detached one stall garage is the perfect location to enjoy all that the Grand Rapids area has to offer.
*Due to popular request, the house now has air conditioning, along with numerous ceiling fans.
Located within walking distance to downtown for shopping and dining (darling wine bar with excellent food and new brew pub with delicious food are a couple examples). Crystal Lake walkway and fishing pier are located a half block north of the house, as is the Itasca County fairgrounds. The fairgrounds are the gateway to miles of paved trails for biking or walking. The IRA Civic Center is eight blocks from the house should your family desire a convenient place to stay for kids' sporting events. The Myles Reif Performing Arts Center is ten blocks away. Nearby Tioga Trail offers exceptional mountain biking. The house is clean and comfortable with three bedrooms -- one king bed, one queen bed, one double bed and one twin. Enjoy fall evenings around the backyard firepit or cozy winter nights snuggled up in front of the indoor fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything you will need for a pleasurable stay!

Family friendly

My family stayed here when they came up for a funeral. The house was perfect. It was well laid out, gave us all a lot of room, was tidy and clean, and in the words of my sister-in-law, “it was so so cute!”

Lovely home in a lovely area!

My family appreciated the lovely little home and community. The host was tremendously kind and responsive, which I really appreciate! We truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning on another trip in warmer weather :)

Great property in a great location. So clean. Everything you need for a home away from home is there. Close to shopping and restaurants, but far enough to still feel like you’re in a small town. In a cute neighborhood that’s very walkable with a pretty lake right down the street. Great choice over a hotel so a family can spread out a little. Will likely stay again in the summer when back in town visiting family again.
