Things You Need to Know:
Fireplace: The living room fireplace is decorative only and is not operational. For safety reasons, fires are not permitted.

No Parties: Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests may be on the property unless approved in advance.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

Dark Sky Community: This home is located in a light-restricted community designed to reduce light pollution and preserve the area's beautiful night skies. Please keep outdoor lighting to a minimum, turn off unnecessary exterior lights when not in use and all exterior lights off by 12am. This commitment to dark-sky preservation is one of the reasons Galena offers such stunning stargazing opportunities!

Maintenance: Lawn care and occasional hot tub service may occur during your stay and typically require only brief access to the property.

Smoking & Pets: No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed on the property.

Owners Club: We have 6 keycards available. For additional cards, you can purchase daily guest passes at the Owners' Club Office for a small fee.

House Rules
* Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
* Rental agreement and contact form required within 24 hours of booking
* $300 security deposit required
* Self check-in with smart lock
* No additional overnight guests
* No shoes inside the home
* No candles or hair dye
* Golf simulator equipment must be used responsibly; guests are responsible for any damage
* Children must be supervised when using the arcade room, golf simulator, and hot tub
* Follow all hot tub safety guidelines
* Excessive cleaning, damages, or rule violations may result in additional charges
* Loss of keycards is a $75 charge per card
