BRAND NEW TO MARKET. NEWLY RENOVATED. PRIVATE HOT TUB and PUTTING GREEN!

From the moment you walk in you feel at home. Situated on the first hole of San Tan Highlands Golf Club at Johnson Ranch. Beautiful, bright open concept living area flows right into the large ,well stocked kitchen. 70 " HDTV to watch all of your favourites. A couple of steps to the large master bedroom with a large walk in and a sliding door to the patio. The second and third bedroom has queen sized bed and a large closet. The real magic happens when you walk through the sliding door to the back yard into the private hot tub. A gorgeous outdoor kitchen with a grill, sink , and a bar fridge to keep your beverages chilled! Sit at the propane fire pit to watch the sun fade into the mountain views. You can also have your morning coffee at the cast iron table and chairs and watch the golfers cruise by. A short walk to the clubhouse to check in for your own round or just drinks and appies at the clubhouse.There are 3 community pools with spas in the neighbourhood a short walk away. Also featured is pickle ball / tennis courts, a pitch and putt course, catch and release pond, and basketball hoops. Very close to Grocery shopping, Walmart, Home Depot and Costco. Multiple restaurants and a pay per use gym. Larger shopping malls located 15 minutes away in Queen creek. You will love our home so much you won't want to leave. Wonderful Home

The house was a wonderful place for us it all we could ask for. The owners were amazing people and made our stay in their home amazing. As owners of vacation rentals and a motel we can say this is a great place to stay.

Winter getaway

The house was comfortable, had everything we needed and was centrally located for the activities we had planned. The hot tub felt great in the evening after a couple longer hikes. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Golf Getaway

We booked this property because it was on a golf course, the course was nice and reasonably priced and the property was perfect! Comfortable beds and couches! One of the best stocked kitchens I have had in a rental. The backyard couldn't be more perfect, hot tub, great outdoor furniture and a beautiful outdoor kitchen. I highly recommend this property.

Family Visit

This was the perfect home for a family visit to Arizona. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and available. We will definitely be back!

Great Home and Location

This property is a MUST stay especially for golfers like us Home is on the 1st fairway of a impressive golf course! Dave was very accessible for to answer questions during our stay! We will definitely stay here again on our next vacation to this area!!

Fabulous place for a visit

We were able to visit our family a few doors down the street. My husband was able to work remotely too. Plenty of space and fun in the backyard to relax and unwind.

A most relaxing and enjoyable property with a delightful outlook.outlook

This was a most enjoyable property to stay in, with everything one could expect to have in a holiday home. The outlook from the BBQ, spa and patio area was a pleasure to watch the setting sunset each evening. The owner was the perfect host, very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this property to my friends as I can't see how one could be disappointed. I look forward to returning when next golfing in the Phoenix area!

Highly recommend

We were very pleased with the condo. The accommodations were clean, well-cared for. The communication with the owner for check-in was seamless. The location was beautiful with the sunset over the golf course. We would definitely return to this location.

Golf Course Home

We had a very nice stay at this home. It was well equipped and clean. Quiet neighborhood with a private backyard overlooking the golf course. Dave was responsive and great to work with. Lots of nice community amenities. We would recommend this home!

February in the sun

Very comfortable and clean house - inside and outside living area. Enjoyed stargazing and sunset in the hot tub. Golf course was fun as was multiple hikes nearby. House was well supplied for a month long stay.

Outstanding

The property was even better than advertised. Property manager was more than accommodating and willing to be flexible as I had accidentally booked our trip two days short! Requested the additional two days and it was not an issue at all. Property could easily accommodate our family of 5 and sure could accommodate more. Only issue was the friendly neighborhood tweaker at the corner of hunt way and golf club drive, but he usually kept to himself and sheriffs patrol the area frequently. Did not get to take advantage of the hot tub or pools, but if we need to come back in the future I would absolutely book this spot again.

Beautiful Home Right on the Golf Course

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this home. First, the home was well laid out and had everything you would want in a vacation home. The family room has wonderful seating that was perfect for watching sports. It was immaculate, there were plenty of dishes, pans, games, and towels - oh, the towels were about the softest we've ever had. The home is well located for golfing outings. The owners were very responsive and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable in this beautiful home. The kitchen has been updated recently, and the backyard is very nice and even has a putting green. We would highly recommend this home to families or couples.

Highly recommend!

Upon entering, I was very happy with everything! The home inside and out was very clean and very welcoming! I was so excited and knew this was a great choice beds all were very comfortable as were the pillows and linens I forgot to pack our pack and play for when our kids came to visit and Dave right away said he would Amazon one and it would be there the next day and also asked if there were anything else we needed. So kind loved the large tvs and they all worked well, not the case at the place we stayed the other year. The outside was very usable with the outside eating, sitting areas and again a nice tv. The hottub was great along with putting green! Kitchen was well stocked even had coffee scones in the Coffe bar area along with teas, honey and creamers. My grandchildren loved it and were super excited they did a lot of putting! Location was great, walkable to pool, clubhouse and Walgreens. Before driving from North Dakota, I mentioned to Dave about a place we could rent bikes because we decided not to haul ours this year and he said not to worry, he will have 2 bikes there for us. We enjoyed our stay so very much! Thank you Dave and Lauralee, you made the process so easy and the stay awesome!!! A lot of great memories were made!

Great Stay Right on the Golf Course

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Our four kids were able to share the Queen beds comfortably. The wardrobe within one of those rooms sparked their imagination. The couches and seating within the living area easily met our family's needs. The host was communicative throughout the entire process when we had questions or concerns. It truly felt like a home away from home.
