An 18-hole golf course, sand volleyball court, tennis/pickle ball, many playgrounds and green spaces, 3 community pools all right here in Johnson Ranch in San Tan Valley. The home itself is well-appointed with everything you need for a few days or a few months. Outside enjoy ambient lighting, furniture, and bbq.

-4 separate places for 8 guests to sleep
-Kitchen with coffee/tea bar, everything you need to cook, bake or just enjoy take-out. Enjoy any shelf-stable items in the pantry and feel free to leave your own for the next guests.

Great Place!

Loved staying here for Spring Break! We have family in the area, but needed a separate place for me, my wife, and two teenagers. Couldn’t be happier! Look forward to coming back soon!

Perfect stay!

Was exactly what we expected in the descriptions and pictures. Was clean and best of all had a pool for our kids. We had 5 adults, 5 kids and accommodated all of us comfortably. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house.

Great House in a Great Location

This house in Johnson Ranch was perfect for our trip to Arizona for a soccer tournament. Great location! Was great having the heated pool! Beth was also great with communication. Just an FYI (and I could have totally missed it in the description) — the office with the Murphy bed does not have a door, it opens into the living room. Still a great house, we were able to just share the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect getaway from frigid MN

This is what we liked: property is very clean, safe neighborhood, proximity to parks, stores. Bonus was the owner preheated the pool before we arrived.

Very nice home

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was as pictured and the pool was wonderful. We appreciated it being heated and we used it nearly every day. The hosts were great to work with.

Peaceful neighborhood Oasis

Happy home away from home.

I had 3 adults and a 7 month old all in this house. The house is extremely spacious. They provided a pack n play with a sheet to cover the bottom of the pack n play, coffee, sugar, tea, and sandwich baggies, and all other amenities that could be used. Beautifully set up, in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Monthly Stay

Everything was perfect!! The hosts were extremely communicative anytime I had a question or concerns. I asked for access to light cleaning supplies since I was staying for almost 4 weeks and they sent me a package immediately! My kids never got out of the pool! Having a weekly cleaning service for the pool kept it debris free! The pillows and bedding are so comfortable!!! I felt so at home while I was waiting for my new home to be ready! Thank you!!

Outstanding 5 Star Home in Johnson Ranch

5 stars is just not enough to rate this beautiful home in Johnson Ranch. Everything from the check in process, contact with the property owners , and the perfect layout of this home make this rental one of our favorites. This home is exactly as described in the description except that it’s far more beautiful when you walk in. It’s very spacious, modern, and cozy. The outside pool and patio were an added amenity that was perfect for Our family. Beth, the property owner goes above and beyond to make your stay easy and accommodating. You won’t find a better property owner that takes care of their guests. This beautiful home has a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and grilling needs. The rooms are all open and large. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. If you need anything at all , Beth is more then happy to answer any questions promptly. The pool is heated so you’re able to swim anytime and there’s an outside grill to enjoy some delicious steaks if you’d like! That was the hilight of our evenings! The home is located within minutes of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops , etc. if you have young children , older children , parents , grand parents vacationing with you this is definitely the place for you as this home is suitable for all ages. We can’t wait to come back and stay again because this home is so perfect and everything about the reservations and accommodations are smooth and the house is absolutely stunning!

Arizona 2025

The property was as described. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an additional Murphy bed. Perfect for our needs. The heated pool was great! Used it almost every day. We did go to the community pool and hot tub also. Everything was clean and neat. Was great to have a pack n play and toys supplied. The Keurig coffee pot was nice. Also used the crock pot and air fryer that were supplied. Had a couple of small issues which were rectified quickly. They also were happy to supply us with a vacuum when requested. Overall was a great stay. Would rent again.

MN Girls Trip!

We loved the home 🏠 lovely clean and spacious. All you could need and more. Only downside was just a mixup on the email and check in process delaying being able to get into the property. Outside of that small mishap this was amazing. Would highly highly recommended over again!! Beautiful home

We had purchased another VRBO in Johnson Ranch earlier in 2022 and were having trouble booking it ourselves, so when we saw this lovely home, we thought "let's do it again!" We always love an excuse to visit AZ from cold, rainy Washington, so we jumped at the chance. Also, the neighbors turned out to be THE BEST!
