Located in the heart of the Hotel Zone within the exclusive Las Mañanitas community, this condo gives you direct access to resort-style amenities and is just minutes from the vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife of downtown San José del Cabo. Whether you're here to relax or explore, Blue Agave Condo is your perfect home base.

THE COMPLEX offers a variety of outdoor amenities for your enjoyment. Soak up the sun in the jacuzzi or swimming pool, sip your favorite drink at the swim-up bar, grill up a feast at the BBQ stations, dine al fresco, or stay active at the indoor gym and tennis court. You’ll also have direct access to Las Mañanitas Beach—perfect for morning walks or sunset views.

THE CONDO is a spacious 3-bedroom retreat designed for comfort and convenience.

Perfect Week!

Great place to stay. The place was perfectly accommodating, great space and had everything we needed. Excellent location to walk to various locations! Pools were fantastic, quiet and incredibly relaxing.

Vacation with the family

This property was beautiful, exactly as advertised. The bedrooms and the common areas accommodated 7 people well, as did the outside area. The community was very quiet (may be the time of year...) we had days where there were only one or two other small groups at the pool. The grounds are well maintained. Security was very friendly and helpful. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive.

A beautiful condo in a beautiful complex.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, spacious condo. The beds were comfortable, the view was fantastic, and the property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. The building has an elevator and it’s within walking distance to a beautiful supermarket and restaurants. A lovely place to spend a week in San Jose del Cabo.

Nice Property

Our first time booking this unit, and it was exactly as described. Unit was clean and comfortable. The location was great. Onelly was very responsive and even check in with us on the first day to make sure everything was how we expected it. I would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Incredible Property

This property is absolutely stunning. If it’s even possible, it looks better in person than in the pictures. I stayed here with five other girlfriends for a birthday trip and we could not be happier with the condo as well as the excellent communication with the host. Onelly was attentive and accommodating, and just very kind. All of us said that we would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic unit in amazing location

We have stayed at Las Mananitas for many years. This was our first time renting this unit. The beds are super comfortable as is all of the living room and balcony furniture. Very nicely decorated with fantastic views of the ocean and pools. Full sized washer dryer, chairs and coolers for the beach, great bed layout with double doubles which works well for kids. We had a great stay and we highly recommend!

Love this place. Beautiful and perfect for an adult family weekend. We even played pickle ball with the adult kids. (They have extra rackets at the guardhouse). Sunsets are beautiful. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. So may treasured memories. 5 stars to our wonderful hosts.

This property is beautiful, spacious, well appointed and clean. it’s close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. the security at the building was great. Our host O’nelly was amazing to work with and was able to help us with services that we were interested in. She is quick to respond to any question and is very professional. We would highly recommend this property and the mananger.

Perfect family vacation!

This condo and the property were perfect for our family vacation. We stayed two weeks and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Everything is exactly as pictured and that outdoor patio space, as nearly every other review states, is perfect! We ate in about half the time and found the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We also enjoyed being so close to all of the great restaurants in San José del Cabo. Onelly is a great host, responds quickly to questions and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We have been traveling to Cabo for many years and would definitely stay here again.

This place is AMAZING! The villa was the perfect setup for our family. Everyone had their own bed and each bedroom had a bathroom. Coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the pool and hearing the crashing of the waves was a great way to start the day. The property is exquisitely maintained by a very warm and friendly grounds crew. The security team at the gate is super nice. The on-site gym is well maintained and has everything you need (treadmills, weights, yoga mats, etc. Easy access to the beach and a cooler, chairs and a float are available and located in one of the bedroom closets. Walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks, great taco spots and places to grab cocktails. Also several higher end dining options if you want to make reservations. Short drive to downtown San Jose del Cabo plaza with shops and restaurants. Easy to navigate the one highway to Cabo San Lucas. About a 20 minute drive. The host Onelly is wonderful. Check in/out instructions are easy, custom code for villa entry, checked on us throughout the week. And even provided the name of an amazing chef that came and did a five course meal for us. Awesome! I would give this property and our experience 10 stars!!!

Adequate

The unit was clean but not well appointed in the kitchen. It is located in the building closest to the highway and furthest from the beach. The hurricane shutters on the back window need to be fixed as they banged all night with the window open. I would recommend getting a unit in either of the other two buildings before this one if you have the option.
