The elegant, airy and light-flooded interior of the villa with an open living space, well-tended open plan designer kitchen, elegant marble bathrooms and spacious bedrooms is furnished to a high standard with attention to detail and offers unique views of the sea and outdoor areas from all rooms.

The villa is suitable for up to 6 people. The master bedroom on the upper floor has an exquisite en-suite bathroom with corner bathtub / shower and a secluded balcony with ocean view. The second bedroom, also located on the upper floor, with a connecting door to the master bedroom is equipped with three single beds. If desired, two beds can be combined to form a double bed with a large mattress. The second bedroom also opens up to a secluded balcony with sea view. On the upper floor there is a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and 2 basins. A baby bed is available upon request. There is also a third, very small bedroom with a single bed on the upper floor.

An external staircase leads from the 1st floor to a spacious roof terrace offering a picturesque panoramic view of the bay and its surrounding pine forests.

Located on the ground floor of the villa is the open plan kitchen and the spacious and light-flooded living and dining area with satellite TV and hi-fi system. A guest bathroom is also situated on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling doors lead from the dining area to one of the numerous terraces with sea views - inviting to breakfast and dinner under pine trees with a spectacular view similar to the one from a lighthouse!

In the basement of Villa Oleander there is a garden studio with a small kitchenette, double bed and couch, a separate bathroom with shower and double sink, and a separate toilet. The garden apartment has direct access to the sun terrace and the garden, but limited view. In case of need, the garden apartment will be opened for an additional lease of EUR 150/night

The property is equipped with high-quality teak floors in all rooms.

The windows are fitted with electric shutters. Air conditioning is on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. The parking lot is right next to the entrance.

The spacious outdoor areas of Villa Oleander consist of several connected, secluded terraces and dining areas, sun decks and a shower with fresh water. A natural stone staircase leads in a few steps down to the bathing area on the turquoise sea.
