I’m from Costa Rica and one of my greatest desires is that you get to know my country, a country with all kinds of tourist attractions and great natural beauty.

A dentist by profession, I enjoy watching TV series and movies in the comfort of my home. I also like to travel and have new experiences with people and culture. My husband and son share this love for travel, as well as an affection for animals, as we have 4 puppies.

Despite we currently reside in Escazu, I lived for 12 years in the house that I now make available to visitors, because as former guest in vacation rentals, I know the expectations that any traveler or tourist may have when visiting a new country.

Just 30 minutes away from the Juan Santamaria International Airport and close to all kinds of attractions and services, this apartment features one bedroom, air conditioning, kitchen with breakfast area and bathroom with shower, as well as access to common areas such as the swimming pool, gym and a playground for children.

Located on the first floor, the property offers a separate entrance, air conditioning, ceiling fans and everything you need to make your stay a totally pleasant experience.
The accommodation is equipped with a double bed, closet and desk with chair. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast area, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and kitchen utensils; and the bathroom with shower, hair dryer and basic amenities; in addition to a spacious living room, cable TV and board games, ideal for spending pleasant moments with friends and family.

Make the most of the numerous amenities the condo offers, such as an outdoor swimming pool, a laundry room in the building with washer and dryer, as well as a small gym and free on-street parking, which is accessed through a gate house.

You can also enjoy the common areas, the playground for children and a small terrace ideal for a well-deserved rest after a long day.

The apartment is located on the Santa Ana radial where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, including La Cartonera, a gastronomic and cultural market that years ago was a cardboard factory and which can be reached just in a 15-minute walk.

In addition, the property offers an excellent location very close to shopping centers, banks, supermarkets and the main highways that connect the city with the best tourist destinations in the area.


The apartment is located almost 12 km from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) and less than 16 km from Tobías Bolaños International Airport (SYQ).

You can reach the country's capital in a 30-minute drive, so it is recommended to rent a car to make your stay more enjoyable or use transportation services of digital platforms and cab service.

If you are interested in exploring the region, a little more than 80 km away is the famous Jaco beach or the tourist attractions of the southern coast. Take a short trip to Costa Rica's most important national parks and reserves, such as the Madre Verde Nature Reserve, located 50 km from the apartment, or marvel at the natural beauty of the Arenal Volcano, located 130 km away.

We recommend visiting the Multiplaza Escazú, a modern shopping mall with a wide variety of brands, exclusive stores, movie theaters and restaurants, located just 20 minutes from the accommodation.
