The Sanctuary at Rockport

The Sanctuary at Rockport is a haven for nature lovers, bird hunters, swimmers and runners. The property is a three acre estate located around the corner from the Lamar Boat Ramp, the Whooping Crane Nesting Area, the Big Tree and Goose Island State Park. Live bait, ice and gas within 5 minutes. A Private Sanctuary, the property features a lap swimming pool, gazebo with bar and outdoor dining, views over Silver Pond, and a house with a large living dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths that sleeps 7 guests in beds. Host your private event, family or corporate retreat, or have a tranquil weekend escape. View Egrets and other wild animals and birds from the privacy of the property's large patio and gazebo. Run the 3 mile St. Charles Bay trail then Swim laps in the screened in 40 foot lap pool. Rockport's fine restaurants and attractions are close by.
For Events or Parties of ten or more, such as Weddings, Family Reunions and other Events, guests will pay a $500 Event Fee per day and sign a separate contract with the Host for payment and release of liability. Contract will be sent through VRBO or private email. The Event Fee is in addition to the nightly stay fee.
