Das Haus und die Appartement sind großzügig und sehr gut ringerichtet, benötigen aber zum Teil mal neue Möbel und die Wände eine Ausbesserung. Die Wandfarbe wirft Blasen und blättert zum Teil ab. Die Sitzmöbel haben sehr starke Gebrauchsspuren und sind durchgesessen. Dem Aufenthalt hat das nicht geschadet. Auch bei sehr regnerischen Wetter konnte man es sich gemütlich machen. Eine Bitte noch. Informationsmaterial, wie so eine Art Hausordnung, was wo in der Nöhe ist, Müllentsorgung und Bedienung vom Fernseher in mehreren Sprachen wäre schön.

Apartment im Diva Spa

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet. Einige kleine Schönheitsreparaturen wären so lamgsam fällig. Das Apartment entspricht zu 100% den Online-Bildern. Alles was benötigt wird, war vorhanden. Leider war das Nachbargrundstück eine riesige Baustelle und somit ist auch der Ausblick des Balkons auf die Baustelle gerichtet. Daher war auch Baulärm im Zimmer zu hören. Lage ist ansonsten gut. Man kann fußläufig alles erreichen. Parkplatzsituation am und um das Hotel herum waren in der Hochsaison eine absolute Katastrophe. Viel zu wenig Parkfläche für die große Anzahl an Besuchern. Auch die Parkgarage des Hotels war wegen Überfüllung schon geschlossen.

Bilder sind absolut wahrheitsgemäß - top Ausstattung - nix fehlte! Parkplätze sind vorhanden und in der Nebensaison auch ausreichend vorhanden. Baulärm vom gegenüber liegenden Grundstück bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht störend. Strand und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Alles Super, bis auf die Parksituation. Mann muss schon ganz schön geduldig ein Gebührenfreien Parkplatz suchen. Und die Baustellen Ringsum, naja verständlich.
