This was by far one of my favorite stays in the Canyon Ferry/Townsend area. The check in was seamless and the host is friendly and quick to respond. The home itself was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The yard and landscaping is beautiful and far above average for the area here including a brand new outdoor covered patio and grilling kitchen. The location is scenic and close to the main highway with a six minute drive into Townsend where there is an awesome bakery and some good cafes and coffee shops. I recommend the Bread and Butter Cafe! My family and I had a 5 star experience and hope to be back for a future stay.-Ben

There is nothing more relaxing than taking on the views of the lake and mountains and unwinding a bit. I’m glad you took the opportunity to check out some of the local eateries. I have to agree Bread and Butter Cafe a great place to eat!

This house is fantastic and everyone in my party was extraordinarily pleased with it! It is well furnished and comfortably sleeps seven adults. The bathrooms are stocked with quality linens and the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware. Outside, there is a lovely covered patio area with a griddle and a gas grill in the back porch. The cherry on top is the views! ! Canyon Ferry Lake and the mountain ranges on both sides of Townsend are visible from most the windows. We were here in summer but I would wholeheartedly recommend this house no matter the season. There is a wood stove in the house to enjoy when it is cool and a fire pit table outside. The hosts are continuing to improve the property. Soon there will be an outdoor fireplace and an outdoor kitchen in the covered area. We truly enjoyed this experience!

Amazing Stay

Great Location

Very nice house located perfect for lake recreation and ventures into Helena National Forest. Everything was very clean and all the appointments needed for guests. Enjoyed our stay.

Another amazing stay!

This was our second stay with family for a grad celebration fishing trip for our son. The home feels like home, well appointed, sparkling clean, and spacious. The grounds are well kept and provide fantastic views all around. Gracious and incredibly helpful hosts! We’ll be back next year:)

Very lovely place!

Very clean, well laid out, relaxing, easy to get to, large enough for family stay, or friends, plenty of room, had a great time. Near businesses for all your needs. Great views of Lake Canyon Ferry. It’s worth every penny!

Canyon ferry lake House

Great place very home like, not in town not super far away from shopping/gas awesome mountain views and lake within walking distance. Owners were very responsive and helpful with every question I had, whether it be an item or place they know the area. Had a pleasant time very peaceful get away would definitely come back.
