Our holiday apartment - the Kupferstollen - is a beautiful 1.5 room apartment with a balcony. The apartment has been newly renovated and is looking forward to hosting lovers of the Harz Mountains.

The apartment also includes a parking space directly in front of the house. The apartment is extensively equipped - of course free WiFi is also included!

THE LOCATION

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680 m). The house is very quiet and is mainly used by owners. It is at the end of a dead end, right on the edge of the forest. From here you can walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski trails in 5 minutes. It takes about 12 - 15 minutes to walk to the city center.

EQUIPMENT

The 42 sqm, sunny apartment has a cozy living room with a fitted kitchen (spacious and fully equipped). There is a ceramic hob and an oven as well as a dishwasher. Of course, a kettle, electric coffee machine and toaster are also available.

In the small bedroom there is a 1.60x2.00 m double bed. The sofa can also be converted into a lying area for lounging in front of the television or as a place to sleep for a third person.

The television offers a diverse HD SAT program. It is also possible to connect a notebook with an HDMI cable. Since we are both nature lovers and film fans, you are welcome to use our Netflix account. You can find the description on our homepage kupferstollen.de
Of course there is also a CD radio with a Bluetooth interface.

THE OUTDOOR AREA

The balcony faces south with comfortable garden furniture. The large garden can also be used by our guests.

SPECIAL

The local bakery offers a bread delivery service - information about this can be found in the apartment.
Toboggans are provided free of charge.

PRICING INFORMATION

The final cleaning costs an additional €35 once and is binding.

An optional linen package costs an additional €12.50/person (including bed linen, shower and hand towels and tea towels). Please let us know in advance whether you would like this.
The costs for electricity, water, heating, etc. are included in the above apartment price.
All overnight prices are based on a maximum of 2 people. For each additional person a surcharge of €7.00 per night will be charged.

Saubere Wohnung und nette Gastgeber mit guten hilfreichen Tipps und Hinweisen. Küche komfortabel und schön, ruhiger Balkon. Schnell vieles erreichbar, ob Einkauf oder die Wanderwege. Man kann das Auto auch mal auf dem Stellplatz stehen lassen und loslaufen.

Wie bereits vor vier Jahren, kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Da sie uns damals so gut gefallen hat, haben wir sie in diesem Jahr erneut gebucht. Die Ausstattung, das Design und der Zustand der Wohnung, sowie die Lage haben uns für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren, aber auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, erneut super gefallen. Wir würden die Wohnung erneut buchen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem was benötigt wird, ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Bei Problemen steht ein Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Der Urlaub war absolut erholsam.

Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause

Wir sind rundherum zufrieden mit unserem Kurzurlaub in St. Andreasberg. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Sogar Gewürze, Alufolie & Backpapier sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich, Frau Diedrich hilft bei Fragen gern weiter. Schlitten stehen auch zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

So eine schöne Ferienwohnung

Diese Ferienwohnung ist so gemütlich! Für zwei Personen komplett ausreichend. Es ist nahezu alles vor Ort. Selbst Gewürze, Tee und Kaffee. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise alles perfekt. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (Geschirrspültabs, Seife, Mehl, Kaffee etc. ist schon vor Ort). Eine hübsche kleine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung sofort nochmal buchen

Auch für einen Erwachsenen + Kind hat die Wohnung super funktioniert. Es ist einfach alles da, gerade in der Küche, was man braucht. Das Handtuch/Bettwäsche Paket hat sich für uns als Bahnfahrer gelohnt! Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :)

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Der Kurzurlaub war gut, Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber.Die Verwalterin super freundlich. Es ist auch alles vorhanden was man braucht.Wer das absolute Ruhe Erlebnis braucht, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Hier geben sich Fuchs und Hase wirklich die Hand zum Gute Nacht sagen.

Immer wieder gerne

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal Gast im Kupferstollen und kommen gerne auch ein drittes, viertes, fünftes...... Mal wieder. Es ist eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung am Ende einer Sackgasse. Daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum örtlichen Supermarkt ist man zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. In der Ferienwohnung findet man alles was man braucht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Unterkunft - gemütlicher Zuhause-Ersatz

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und super komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Ruhe Nachts und der Blick ins Grüne haben uns unsere täglichen Ausflüge gut ausklingen lassen. Man merkt wie sich Stil und Praktikabilität hier gut vereinen. Kein Schnick-Schnack aber ausreichend Liebe. Die Wohnung empfehlen wir wirklich gerne weiter. <3
