Hope our stay was a one-off
We trusted the many glowing reviews about cleanliness, but it did not live up to the hype for us.
We checked in after 6pm, and were met with:
A clogged & dirty toilet
Beard trimmings on the faucet fixture
Something sticky on the kitchen floor
A dirty spoon in the drawer
Hair & debris in the empty freezer
Hair of various lengths & colors on both white bedspreads
Front and back porch lights that did not work
A thermostat that required some missing instructions
An unexpected earlier check out time
And...
A door that does not lock. (The locking mechanism appears to have been installed upside down, so it catches on nothing.)
If those things don't bother you, then it is a beautifully decorated and comfortable place at a good price. I may simply have unreasonably high standards.
We did not use the showers, TV's, dryer, dishwasher, or coffee machine, so I can't provide feedback on those. The washing machine started, per the checkout instructions, so I assume it works as expected.
