Spacious living/kitchen area, located on a quiet street and central location walkable to campus and restaurants, museums. Fully stocked home with tranquil nature path a 2 minute walk to end of street. NEW bike path a 3 min walk two small streets behind the property.

We have a second almost identical property next door for larger parties. Please look for the listing 3416795 if this one is not available for the dates you want. I have some babysitter contacts as well if you are back for reunion, graduation, or just want a few hours to yourselves. Just ask once you book.

Convenient location and quiet street, but a few comfort quirksThe property is in a great spot—close to town and tucked on a quiet street, which made for a peaceful stay. The host was responsive and considerate overall, and the space had what I needed for the most part.That said, a few small details affected my comfort. The towels were quite scratchy, and there was no Kleenex, stuff like that —minor things, but noticeable. The stairs to the upper level were extremely shallow; even with petite feet, I found the treads too short to step comfortably, which made going up and down a bit tricky.If you're looking for some luxury, this isn't it—but if you're looking for a decent, comfortable place to stay, this was fine.

Great convenient stay

Nice location close to campus, good base for walking in the fall colors. Alicia was very communicative and made sure everything worked out great!

Convenient location to Williams College campus and a comfortable and abundant space for our family of 6. The neighborhood is quiet and hearing the birds in the mornings and evenings was really lovely. We had a bit of trouble getting into the home initially due to a wrong key code, but it was quickly resolved after several phone calls. We had an elderly relative with us and so it is important to note that the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow. Fortunately there is a third bedroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen which was perfect for him. The weather was hot when we stayed in early June so the second floor heats up quickly with only the master bedroom with a ceiling fan and only the small bedroom has a screened window so better cooling and ventilation (even some more window screens) would be helpful. The back garden was a little rough and could use some TLC.

Thank you, Alicia! Our stay was seamless from start to finish, and your place was a perfect base for our short visit to Williamstown. The space is warm, large, and inviting — and because there were bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors, it was especially convenient for privacy as I was traveling with a colleague. Highly recommend!

Just as described- the few issues we had were cleared up right away. Communication was prompt! Place is very cute on the inside, we had plenty of room! Check in and out was easy!

We’ll equipped

It was clean and had everything we needed, we’ll equipped.. the stairs were a bit steep for comfort and there is only one bathroom on the ground floor with bedrooms on the second floor.

We rent to parents of Williams College students, Graduates, Hikers, Bikers, Art Lovers, Antiquers, etc. We hope you enjoy this well located, spacious 3 bedroom stay in the heart of Williamstown and central to all things Berkshires and southern Vermont.

This place is an open concept, cozy, home with a Queen size bed in the main floor and then 2 other bedrooms upstairs.
VERY comfortable beds and couches.
Complimentary coffee and all things you need like ironing board, baking equipment, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. to make your stay comfortable
Washer and Dryer on site.

Bathrooms with showers upstairs and downstairs. Bathtub also downstairs .
The layout is such that the living, dining and kitchen space are all open to each other and then there is one bedroom off of the kitchen. And a bathroom as well.
Please do note the description about the steep stairs. May not be good for anyone with mobility issues or with kids under the age of 3.
