Needs a deep clean

The online pictures do not represent this property accurately. This house needs a deep clean and the pool area is over run with weeds and dirty furniture. The oven and bbq were too dirty to use. Very dissatisfied.

It was “okay”

To the positive, the place was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. To the negative, at the time we booked the listing said there were two king beds. This was not the case. They have subsequently corrected it, but it was misrepresented to us. The place is also 40 feet from a very busy road. 4 lanes… 40mph speed limit and lots of motorcycles. And one house from the corner. A little loud. They tried to manage with noise machines. The TV was large and new, but the furniture in that sitting room was badly damaged (ottoman and arm of sofa were collapsed. Finally, the edge of the pool has numerous large broken tiles on it. We didn’t use it but not great/safe for kids and not very attractive… adjacent fire pit area was very weedy, and door into house was peeling badly and in need of some love. So, the place was clean and functional (but 2 bedrooms suffered from traffic noise) and definitely needed some attention.

Nice Property

Layout of the house was great and well stocked kitchen! Awesome front room for reading and having coffee in the morning and the large tv area for nestling in at night. Noticed updates were being made throughout which was great to see. Outside area was comfy and let you enjoy the sunshine. One suggestion is to improve the fire pit area a bit. We moved it off the marble rocks onto the patio which worked great. Something to note, the place is close to the airport so you get to experience the planes through out the day. Centrally located so easy to drive or Uber.

Great Stay

This is as advertised. comfortable beds, plenty of space. Had everything we needed. on a busy road was the only 4 star i gave. But it truly wasn't that bad of a road with plenty of room to park.
