Great Stay !

We had a great stay here. House was as advertised with great communication throughout - any questions we had was promptly responded to. Was able to accommodate an early check in for us when we arrived earlier than anticipated. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again next time we in Phoenix area - Thanks!!

Excellent property

We stayed for a long weekend, 4 of us. The house was perfect and had everything you needed. Our host Brad was wonderful he checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Checking in/out was very easy and the location was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!!Cyndee

Perfect Again

Great location, close to airport/old Town Scottsdale, lots of amenities, great place for a week away for our group--easy in/out -- easy comm's with the Host. Everything we could want for a home away from home for our week. We plan to be back next year!

Summer Break Getaway

I stayed here with my three boys for a few days during summer vacation and we had an excellent time. The pool, house, and neighborhood were lovely and communication with the host was easy. Check in/Check out was simple and we will definitely stay in this home again.

Three Sisters week away

Great value, excellent property

House had everything you could want for a vacation week...plenty of room, plenty of amenities, good location, easy in/out, good host/owner to work with, well stocked supplies for the week (like laundry soap, cooking essentials like oil, spices so we did not have to buy them for one or two meals.) We will stay there again for our next annual visit.

Wonderful stay, awesome backyard!

This property has one of the coolest back patios! Pool, hot tub, fire features, and fireplace, we used it all (and no extra fees like some of the other propertys)! Brad is also a great owner, very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again!

Everything and more that was stated in the property description with a great host!

We were pleased with the property and it's location. The home was clean and comfortable from the bedrooms to the main areas. We loved the pool and the backyard patio area and spent a lot of time out there. The host was easy to work with, flexible and very responsive to all my inquiries. Great location to the airport, parks, grocery stores and restaurants.

Exactly What We Needed

We have not rented a house from Vrbo before and couldn’t have had a better first time experience. Great communication, house was exactly as listed and as we hoped. Clean and in a quiet, nice neighborhood. House was also well furnished for what we needed with supplies.

Great house and location

Would recommend this house for a group wanting options. Has a very nice, large kitchen with upper end appliances. Nice sized bedrooms with comfy beds. The outdoor area has everything you would need: pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen & Fireplace, fire bowls, gazebo , etc. Location was perfect to airport; easy access to the highways. Owners were very helpful and accessible when needed.

Perfect Location

This house was perfect for us! There were 6 of us, including 2 small children, and we all had plenty of room. The location was perfect as we were close to the Aquarium, Zoo, Airport, Old Town Scottsdale and Spring Training games. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities. Brad was super responsive to any and all questions in a very timely manner.

Perfect for our needs!

This home was perfect for our needs. Brad was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The split floor plan worked well for our family and allowed for private time. The spacious living area provided plenty of room for the family to spread out. The kitchen was very functional and well stocked with all the essentials. We paid extra to have the pool heated for the month and our family really enjoyed splitting time between the hot tub and the pool. We felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood with children walking to school and neighbors walking their dogs. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Home and Host

This place was amazing in all respects. Well appointed, well maintained, close to excellent dining, and the host was awesome! The few times we reached out to the host he responded almost immediately. So helpful!! It was our first time in the area, and he had a comprehensive book full of great suggestions. It was a little too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub delivered! Beds were very comfortable and the house was very quiet. Nice streaming options came on the TVs for those quiet nights. Really nice patio with grill and fireplace plus canopy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay in Phoenix!

What a fabulous rental home in a great neighborhood! It was just as described and pictured on website. So spacious with large common areas indoors and out to enjoy family time. Home was charming-very clean and in great condition with everything we could have needed during our 10 day stay. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Ample closet space too. Pool was great! Floaties were in the storage chest! Enjoyed our morning and evening time outside! This home is in an excellent location, so close to shopping and restaurants, Camelback Mt., Old Town, and less than 10 min to the airport! Brad is an excellent, attentive and communicative host. We would defitinitely return! Thank you!

Needs maintenance and cleaning

Could not stay at property due to cleanliness and safety concerns. Outdoor kitchen not useable. Owner needs a new cleaning crew. He did full refund for us but left us scrambling for alternate housing. No apology which made a bad situation even worse.

Father of 3 boys, married to my high school sweetheart, Stephanie for 30 years. We started our lives in this house with a few animals and lots of friends and over the last 10 years added our children, their friends and now we have 2 new black labs.
I love photography - any kind of nature or scenery, travel both domestic and international, outdoor adventure, music festivals, entertaining with friends and being with my family.

We travel quite a bit whenever we get the chance and we love to stay in homes owned by others. It allows us to see the area through their eyes while also enjoying and experiencing our own adventure. We hope you enjoy our home. It has been filled with a lot of love, peace and laughter.
