Relaxing and Beautiful

This property was absolutely beautiful and our family enjoyed our time relaxing together in the back yard and family room. The host was immediately responsive when we had questions! Changing our mind and deciding to heat the pool was taken care of nearly immediately. Every bed was exceptional, soft and firm at the same time. And the pillows were luxurious, with options for feather and more firm filling. The kitchen is gorgeous with plenty of space to cook for several people, although we didn’t end up cooking more than hearing things up in the microwave. Note, the microwave is in the pantry. We didn’t notice it was there the first day and thought there wasn’t one. We appreciated that there was a drink cooler to use on the day we took cold drinks in the car with us to the Grand Canyon. It takes less than 4 hours to get there from the house, so it can be a perfect day trip. Our favorite parts of the home included the perfectly heated pool first thing in the morning, the comfortable conversation furniture in the shade, and the large circular chaise lounger in the shade. One of us recently had medical treatment that required he stay out of the sun and he spent most of his time on that big circular lounger which allowed him to stay completely out of the sun but still being with everyone while we swam and enjoyed the hot tub. We loved the running fountains in the pool! Beautiful. Overall all we loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

Came here for a family trip. Loved the house, had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard. Located in a beautiful area. Hosts were extremely responsive! Would stay again!

Perfection

We had the perfect family vacation. Our grown children and spouses and grandchildren enjoyed a lovely week. The house was perfect and close to everything. Everyone had their space to gather, talk or play a game. The extra stroller helped out for our trip to the botanical. The house is fully loaded for all your cooking needs. The outside cozy couch made for great early morning snuggles with our granddaughters. Loved being able to fence off the pool but still be outside. The pool and hot tub received a lot of use. Fast and prompt communication with the owner. Easy check. Beautiful neighborhood. Hopefully this gem is available for our next visit to Phoenix.

Weekend Cheer Competition

The house was amazing, it was clean and comfortable. The backyard was awesome, the pool and hot tub were great to relax in after our days activities. The location was within a 15 or 20 minute drive, depending on traffic, from the convention center and Chase Field which is where we spent all of our time. Would stay here again when we get back to Phoenix.

Excellent property

We stayed for a long weekend, 4 of us. The house was perfect and had everything you needed. Our host Brad was wonderful he checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Checking in/out was very easy and the location was perfect for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!!Cyndee

Excellent location and beautiful property!

We were in town for a conference in downtown Phoenix. We commuted each day to the convention center. It was nice to come back to the house each evening to relax.

We had a great stay here. House was as advertised with great communication throughout - any questions we had was promptly responded to. Perfect Again

Great location, close to airport/old Town Scottsdale, lots of amenities, great place for a week away for our group--easy in/out -- easy comm's with the Host. Everything we could want for a home away from home for our week. We plan to be back next year!

Beautiful Home!

Stayed in this house with my two daughters (ages 11 & 13). The house is absolutely beautiful. Loved the architecture and stained glass windows. Very clean and was stocked with everything you need. We spend most of our time in the wonderful pool area swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. There are plenty of floaties provided for the pool. Especially enjoyed the fire features and waterfalls. Very close to the airport and many attractions. I would definitely stay here again, and I plan on returning to Phoenix in the future with my husband to enjoy this home again. Also, the host, Brad, is very responsive and replied within minutes whenever I had a question. Appreciated the excellent communication.

Summer Break Getaway

I stayed here with my three boys for a few days during summer vacation and we had an excellent time. The pool, house, and neighborhood were lovely and communication with the host was easy. Check in/Check out was simple and we will definitely stay in this home again.

Amazing stay in Phoenix!

What a fabulous rental home in a great neighborhood! It was just as described and pictured on website. So spacious with large common areas indoors and out to enjoy family time. Home was charming-very clean and in great condition with everything we could have needed during our 10 day stay. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Ample closet space too. Pool was great! Floaties were in the storage chest! Enjoyed our morning and evening time outside! This home is in an excellent location, so close to shopping and restaurants, Camelback Mt., Old Town, and less than 10 min to the airport! Brad is an excellent, attentive and communicative host. We would defitinitely return! Thank you!

Everything and more that was stated in the property description with a great host!

We were pleased with the property and it's location. The home was clean and comfortable from the bedrooms to the main areas. We loved the pool and the backyard patio area and spent a lot of time out there. The host was easy to work with, flexible and very responsive to all my inquiries. Great location to the airport, parks, grocery stores and restaurants.

Needs maintenance and cleaning

Could not stay at property due to cleanliness and safety concerns. Outdoor kitchen not useable. Owner needs a new cleaning crew. He did full refund for us but left us scrambling for alternate housing. No apology which made a bad situation even worse.

Nice weekend getaway

We went in mid/late April and did not need the pool heater. It was the perfect temperature. Overall, we had a good time. House is a good location; easy drive to Old Town Scottsdale and airport.

Another great stay

This was our second multi-week stay at Brad and Stephanie's home with some family and friends joining us. The location is great for what we like to take in while we're in the area and the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe (we took daily walks and were regularly greeted warmly by many residents, their children and pets!). The home is equipped with everything you could need and we loved using the pool almost every single day. Brad is super responsive to any request/concern and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome Home and Host

This place was amazing in all respects. Well appointed, well maintained, close to excellent dining, and the host was awesome! The few times we reached out to the host he responded almost immediately. So helpful!! It was our first time in the area, and he had a comprehensive book full of great suggestions. It was a little too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub delivered! Beds were very comfortable and the house was very quiet. Nice streaming options came on the TVs for those quiet nights. Really nice patio with grill and fireplace plus canopy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Father of 3 boys, married to my high school sweetheart, Stephanie for 30 years. We started our lives in this house with a few animals and lots of friends and over the last 10 years added our children, their friends and now we have 2 new black labs.
I love photography - any kind of nature or scenery, travel both domestic and international, outdoor adventure, music festivals, entertaining with friends and being with my family.

We travel quite a bit whenever we get the chance and we love to stay in homes owned by others. It allows us to see the area through their eyes while also enjoying and experiencing our own adventure. We hope you enjoy our home. It has been filled with a lot of love, peace and laughter.

We have lived and loved this home for more than 18 years. The home has been remodeled multiple times and all with the intention of putting in the best of the best.
