Roomy apartment for 3 - a block from downtown!

Welcome to small-town St. Clair! I hope you enjoy your fully furnished 1st floor apartment experience in this sometimes-busy, sometimes-quiet riverfront city.

You will be staying in the whole 1st floor apartment (800+ sq ft). Please do not go up to the 2nd story, since that is reserved for the 2 upper apartment tenants only.

*MAX 3 guests may occupy property, and 2 parking spaces are provided. **No parties are allowed on the property. ***No pets/animals allowed inside the property. *** Quiet hours are 9pm-7am each day. ***No smoking/vaping in unit.

-Check-in is after 3pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am.
-Guests will need to put their garbage bin to the curb BY 7am Thursday mornings each week.

*Guests will be given a small amount of starter supplies, but will need to supply their own consumables beyond the 5 days of supplies. No maid service is available- guests must clean the sheets and towels in the 24-Hr Laundromat downtown, when needed.

There is a queen bed in the main bedroom with 2 doors, and a single bed in a side room, with no doors. There is a full bathroom, and full kitchen also available. There are 2 large closets for storing items, and a large dining/living room with Internet (bring your app passwords for the Smart TV). There are also 2 separate desks to use for working from home or studying. *All basic kitchen tools/pans/dishes/silverware are stocked; towels and bedsheets are provided.

You have 2 outside doors (one with a keypad, and one with a key lock)- you can use both, but only the key pad will let you in when both are locked.

In your apartment, you have your own thermostat to control heat, and an air conditioner to make it cooler. Please conserve energy when possible by turning down or off these items when you're not in the unit.

From closest to furthest from this apartment: The St. Clair Inn, Manina's Wine House, Drifter's Restaurant & Lounge, Subway, Hungry Howie's, Dragon Wok, War Water Brewery, Anchor Point Bistro, St. Clair Coney Island, T.A.P. Cafe, Burger King, Tim Horton's, Pepper Joe's, Voyageur, LaCroix's Riverside Pub, Murphy Inn, Jet's Pizza, Dairy Queen, Black & Bleu BBQ, Buscemi's, River Crab Restaurant.
