Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen, dass ich, wäre ich mit meiner Familie angereist, das Ferienhaus nicht bezogen hätte. Bereits am Tag der Ankunft habe ich versucht einen Novasol Mitarbeiter zu kontaktieren. Die „Niederlassung war weder zu diesem Zeitpunkt besetzt, noch während weiterer Versuche zur Kontaktaufnahme. Da ich alleine einen Angelurlaub am Ringkøbing Fjord verbringen wollte, habe ich versucht mich mit den vorgefundenen Bedingungen zu arrangieren. Dieser Versuch fand am Morgen des 03.09.2025 sein jähes Ende. Die Toilettenspülung fiel in der Nacht vom 02.09. auf den 03.09.2025 aus. Der Auslösemechanismus gab kein Wasser frei. Eine weiteres Mal war wieder kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort erreichbar, was mich dazu bewog den Urlaub abzubrechen.Ein derartig vergammeltes Ferienhaus habe ich noch nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, geschweige denn jemals bewohnt. Ich habe Pferdeställe gesehen, die sich in einem erheblich besseren Zustand befanden.
