Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully planned out together by a professional interior designer and highly experienced vacation rental expert. Brand new built salt water pool and spa with that wow factor when a hidden TV rises above the fountain for movie watching from the pool and the top of the line oversized patio furniture.

Another wow factor is when you open the new sliding doors all the way across so the living room opens up completely out to the amazing newly landscaped spa backyard with a sunken dining area. Firepit area is a nice place to unwind at the end of a day of golfing, The bedrooms have been designed for maximum comfort and rejuvenating sleep. Each bedroom comes with its own easy to use Smart TV. Sonos speakers in this house for high quality music for your enjoyment. BookedUp Vacation Rentals has 24/7 staff and maintenance for instant communication and assistance for anything that may arise. You won't want to leave this luxurious modern vacation home away from home!

We stayed at this house for an early Thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids. The house is perfect for large groups. However, it is not “ newly remodeled”. It definitely needs some TLC, the sofa and dining room chairs were covered in stains. When we arrived we discovered several issues, not enough bath towels or hand towels, short on silverware and the propane tank was empty. The host was responsive and apologetic. She assured the items would be dropped off. We found a delivery on the porch at 9 pm from Walmart and Target of towels and silverware, which we had to unpack and wash ourselves. The propane tank was delivered the next day.

This is a great house. The layout is very accommodating; all of the beds comfortable. The back yard is beautiful! The house/kitchen was mostly well-appointed. Maybe lacking in a few things, but nothing essential. We would likely stay here again.

Perfect for group

Large kitchen and living space; great dining table. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and gorgeous backyard. We loved the pool and hot tub. Super cute picnic table and eating area outside. Relaxing outdoor space. Only downside is we wish the fire pit were gas rather than wood.

Cute House

Very nice and spacious property. The kitchen and living room area are great for families or entertaining friends. Could be a great party house or family friendly! Everything you need for a great stay!
