The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2018, is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. It is popular due to its view of the mountains from the property and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue area, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and doghouse. Whirlpool in the garden usable in spring/summer/autumn. Sauna barrel in the garden for exclusive use all year round. Completely fenced to allow dogs to run free. Private garden.


Location
Witra, 1200 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The newly renovated house with its own garden allows you to enjoy the tranquillity at an altitude of 1200. There is also a separate garden area with a 1.80 m fence so that dogs can run freely on the property. Quietly situated on the edge of the forest, it is a great opportunity to go hiking, biking, or take long walks with the dog straight from the house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 1 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking on the property, on the road in front of the house and at a car park in the village (distance 1 m). The car is parked free of charge directly at the holiday home.

Oven in every room (wood/coal), electric heating. All rooms are equipped with infrared heating, additionally a pellet stove in the hallway, kitchen with a wood stove in addition to the electric stove, a Haas stove in the living room with a viewing window, bathroom stove to heat the hot water. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, books, DVDs or music for children, iron and ironing board. TV reception via satellite. Free satellite Wi-Fi, unlimited.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Face masks, disinfectant, and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are followed.


Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to late October, can be heated, diameter 3 m, 1.2 m deep). Heated whirlpool up to 40 degrees in the garden, illuminated at night. Not usable in winter.

Kitchen (10 sqm) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and it is also possible to cook with a wood-burning stove.
