The studio is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: garden furniture.

Omišalj. The studio is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. On the same property there are holiday apartments KRK OMI 032 (5 persons) and KRK OMI 033 (5 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
