Holiday Cottage at Tim's Ford Lake next to Marina and Restaurant

It's always a jolly holiday at our holiday cottage at The Reserve! Imagine yourself sipping coffee on a beautiful screened in back porch while the birds sing in the vivid green trees all around. Take the golf cart for a spin and enjoy some fishing down at the Marina and once you're really awake and ready for fun get your boat (which will fit perfectly in our driveway) in the water or enjoy a rental at the marina all without having to get in your car and go anywhere. It's all right here!

Wind down with a cozy fire, play board games with your loved ones, and snuggle in for the most restful sleep after a day full of sunshine. Not ready for bed? Take the golf cart down to Blue Gill Grill at Holiday Landing for dinner and live music.

Our Holiday Cottage is ready for memory-making.

Screened in patio with picturesque wooded views, dining and entertaining, gas fireplace, and smart TV.

Living room is stocked with board games, another smart TV (in case you can't agree on a film to enjoy).

Nobody wants to do laundry on vacation, but if you need to dry your towels or run a load, our new front loaders are at your disposal.

King Bedroom has an attached full bath with an oversized shower and large chest of drawers.

Queen Bedroom has a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a spacious closet with hanging space.

Bringing a baby or toddler? We've got you covered with a baby bathtub, high chair, and Pack N Play located in the Queen Bedroom closet.

Working from home? Our home is a great place to unplug and plugin with 500MBPS internet ready for you to achieve that work/life balance.

Amazing Lake Stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to ride the golf cart and fish. We were close to several areas and great restaurants! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay … great accommodations …Blue Gill Grill was fun. May try to stay on the water next time. Had fun exploring dining establishments in both Tullahoma and Winchester … thoroughly enjoyed golfing at Bear Trace and the wonderful staff there! Took in the Jack Daniels Distillery tour on the way home. Great all-around get-away!

Great Get Away

The house is very modern and well kept . Beautiful neighborhood. We were there for an event in Lynchburg and even drove up to Nashville. We would definitely stay here again .

Beautiful Little Place

We really loved this little house. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the golf cart was fun and there was everything we needed! It was close to both Winchester and Tullahoma. Only regret the cold weather prevented us from enjoying the lovely porch, but the view was beautiful. We will definitely stay there again.

Relaxing family getaway

Great cottage with a ton of amenities! This didn’t feel like a typical rental where things are scarce. They had coffee, plenty of towels, cookware etc among other supplies. WiFi was excellent, I was able to work remotely without any issues. Kids had a blast with the golf cart and fishing at the docks.

Such a cute home in a lovely neighborhood. We so enjoyed the screened-in porch with fireplace and ceiling fans to cool down a summer day. The golf cart to ride down the forestry path to the marina was a treat. If you ever invest in a hot tub - it would be paradise! 😃

Beautiful home in every way!

This property is gorgeous, the house was very clean, well equipped and perfect in every way. The gulf cart and special paved trail to the marina was super nice and convenient! Our 10 yo loved it! I can’t forget to mention the screened in porch with fireplace and TV. The owner’s communication when we had a question was immediate and super friendly. We will be back and can’t wait!

The perfect getaway!

We loved staying in this cozy cottage. Great sized bedrooms, room living room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside amentities due to the wind gusts but it's the perfect place to gather and watch a game. The golf cart was a great bonus, we took it down to the lake, the restraunt wasn't open but it was cool how close it was. We definitely plan on coming back with our girls.
