Just steps to the famous Abbot Kinney & within short driving distance to downtown Santa Monica!

Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

This unit is perfect for travelers, families and friends, and even those who are in the city for business!

The ground-floor currently features two restaurants - Ocean Front Kitchen and Poki-Poke.

The living room is setup with comfortable couch for you to relax after the long sightseeing and working. The kitchen proudly displays high end-appliances and the dining area are fully equipped with everything you need to make everyone's meal.

This unit bedroom features a comfortable 2 queen-sized beds.

You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone!

A high-speed WiFi with up to 40MB of data and a TV with Netflix access are all provided during your stay!

There is 1 free parking space at the back side of the building.

**Pet allowed. Maximum of 1 small pet, weighing up to less than 20 lbs. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pet. Your pet are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
