This private house is conveniently located within minutes to the Grand Manan Ferry Terminal, and Pea Point. Tour our many local scenic beaches, lighthouses, and experience our world famous high tides! We are also a 25 minute drive to the Deer Island Ferry and 35 minute drive to St. Andrews by the Sea.
Relax on the front porch, enjoying the bay view, hearing the tide coming in and out, while eating the mussels you pick fresh on the beach across the street.
Pet Friendly Property!

Everyone around is so friendly. They will all wave to you.
The owners of "The Kitchen" in town, are awesome, and great resources to your questions, while you enjoy a home cooked meal. We eat there often.
2min Walk to the Beach Visible from property!

Enter the cottage by the back deck key pad. Enjoy the fire pit, cook your marshmallows with the skewers on the back deck.

Enjoy the games and puzzles, as well as both the art and knitting supplies in the diningroom cupboard. Read a book, or participate in the book swap, all there to add to your enjoyment of our cottage.
We do welcome you furry friends however we do ask you ready and be aware of our pet rules if they will be accompanying you.

We have a large driveway offering plenty of parking

The beach across the street is a great place to find treasures. use the tote at the back door, or basket on front porch to store them. you'll find mussels and snails that you can cook.

Our stay at the cozy cottage was fantastic if u want to unwind it is so peaceful everyone in the area are super nice we ate at the kitchen great food wonderful service tha gas station store was fantastic as well everything you could need and then some with great prices and you have to stop at the turtle gift shop great gifts and the owner was super nice and very helpful The cozy cottage was just that clean warm and welcoming it was a trip of a life time loved it out there

Blacks Harbour was an excellent point of departure for visiting both family in Saint John and tourist sites: Grand Manan and St. Andrew’s. a great stay.

Nice cottage near rocky beach

We spent one week in the cottage, very quiet small town, the Kitchen in Blacks Harbour is a great place to eat. It's a short drive to the provincial beach (awesome at low tide), not far from St Andrews by the sea (chic resort town) and near many other attractions. Perfect for beach lovers, finding sea glass with the kids, and all these nice rocks they love to collect. Very friendly neighbours and we enjoyed the boardgames provided in the cottage on rainy days.

Awesome property

We loved every minute, perfect little cottage, fully stocked kitchen! Only problem was the property management company. Very poor communication and responsiveness.

Nice but the place needs attention

Cute and clean house . Nicely stocked with cooking pans, dishes, coffee,sugar and other dry spices. Great for area day trips. The local restaurant "The Kitchen" was the best place to eat. Enjoyed the short walk to the inlet watching the tide going in and out.The side deck was a nice addition. It did rain so we sat in the house and the couch was broken and very uncomfortable. We sat on the deck due to the grass was uncut. The fire pit was just on the inside of tall weeds and the tire swing was in the weeds. The well was bubbling water which also made the area around the fire pit mushy. Before you can have a fire you need to call a number to get permission. Over all, even knowing what we do now, we would rent it again.
