The condo is just steps from an exclusive pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, and golf course. Step off of the patio onto the pristine golf course or simply relax on a hammock while watching the sunset. We provide complementary Wifi, Water/Trash, Cable, Gas, Electric up to $250 per month allowance. Renter will be responsible for utilities in excess of $250 charged through the app. Close outdoor parking, all utensils and appliances for kitchen, comfortable refreshed linen, basic toiletries, cleaning supplies, Amazon Alexa, DVD player, board games, things to do in the area travel guide, lunch pail, iron, and a desk for those traveling for business. There are many more amenities which could not be listed.

Children are absolutely welcome as we are fully equipped with twin size hideaway bed, high chair, potty chair, outlet covers, bath toys, safety vest for swimming, play pen and eating utensils. Please notify the host at the time of booking if traveling with children so the proper accommodations can be made.

Renter must express any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours of their stay. Please review refund policy. 30 day reservations or more only, no less than 30 days will be approved.

WiFi/Internet may go out from time to time as the condo is located in a rual area. Typically, internet outages last no more than one hour.

Security cameras/audio recording devices outside of the condo, Carbon monoxide alarm, Smoke alarm, Potential for noise as the condo is situated as an apartment, neighbor has dogs, Outdoor spaces are shared since it is located on the golf course; however, the condo has a private patio space.

Amenities may be limited due to Covid 19 restrictions, Nearby lake and several ponds which are NOT fenced. There is a climbing or play structure available for children at the beach which is within walking distance.
