Close enough to enjoy the DFW area but far enough that you can still enjoy the peace and quiet that the Texas countryside offers.
Property features a fire pit, swimming pool, hot tub & outdoor kitchen w/gas grill & pizza oven for use in the common area.
There are 2 rental houses that share the outdoor areas including the swimming pool. The hot tub is available for private use by 1 hr reservation. Guesthouse is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath 1,100 sqft house with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Decorated with a cozy farmhouse theme with games and crafts for families and couples.
